Very bad service experience by a young cashier girl,should be teenager, the young petite girl with hair was dye with partial brownish at the cashier was very rude and i am very angry by her attitude and her reply when i just enquire her if there is any new piece for the jacket that i chose! I would not had enquire if there is nothing wrong with the jacket, one of the button is loose. If you dont happy with your job, then don't continue to work here and take ur bad expressions and service on ur customer,this is very unprofessional!
Although she was immediately saved by a staff which seems to be more senior staff by the name of Raymond, thank you so much for checking for me and your professional attitude. Hope Uniqlo management no longer place a bad attitude staff to face the customer. Thankyou.

Just one of many outlets from this Japanese clothing chain. The space is quite large and the items are not located too close to each other, making it nice and easy to browse. Some staff are extremely courteous and eager to help with locating sizes and pointing directions to specific sections. Only downfall is 2 out of 6 items still had the anti theft tag attached after we made payment and left the store. Cashier should be more vigilant, as should the anti theft device trigger the alarm for no fault of my own, it would be rather embarrassing. Also, it meant that I have to make a trip back just to get it removed, which is a huge waste of time.

The Indian girl at the fitting room area informed there was no larger size for the blouse that I have selected when there was plenty. The service level is far from any of the Uniqlo store in Japan. Disappointed.
We are paying double for shopping at Singapore Uniqlo but getting half of the service compared to Uniqlo Japan.

Love the shopping experience here, helpful staff and very well maintained store especially after its recent renovation. Uniqlo's introduction of self checkout system makes the shopping experience seamless and quick. Just place the items in the 'box' and it auto calculates without the need to scan the item individually, how smart and efficient! Very impressed. Glad to see these self checkout system that's subsequently rolled out in other outlets as well.

Been to a few uniqlos. The pricing is all consistent but the service can be night and day. Was assisted by a very helpful Zi Yang who helped me locate a shirt my wife was looking for, so I don't have to sleep on the floor outside tonight.
It's great to experience the singaporean spirit and service that we used to be known for. I wish more had pride and compassion in their work. I know it's not much but very grateful to have had such good service and help today.
This will be my preferred uniqlo outlet.

Located on the third floor of Plaza Singapura, Uniqlo has a wide range of quality clothing ranging from graphic T-shirt, Denim, formal wear, etc for all ages. It is good to visit the outlet as it is not as crowded as the other outlets in town. The staff were also very efficient and helpful as well.

Bought a pair of pants on 18 Jan 24 and had to did a last minute alteration, a friendly tall chinese staff served me and assured me I would be able to get it altered by 12noon next day. Went down to collect it next day and it was perfect!

🟠 Uniqlo Co Ltd is a Japanese casual wear designer and retailer. 🟨 It is known for its philosophy of providing consumers with high-quality everyday clothing with great attention to detail.
🔵 Its merchandise is also reasonably priced and that is why its clothing wear is popular amongst patrons of all ages.
🟡 My husband and I do shop at Uniqlo at times. He likes the fluid & chic designs of their casual wear and formal shirts too.

Plaza Singapura branch of Uniqlo, this most amazing and increasingly prolific Japanese clothing brand. This branch is good enough for the basics, they are mostly here. However the relatively humble size means that you may have difficulty finding certain sizes and many other items availble at Uniqlo.

They do have a wide range of clothes to choose from. A place where i can get nice clothing for my kids. This outlet have 2 storeys. Level 2 consists of Women clothings and Level 3 are for Men and Kids clothings. Their self checkout is very easy to use compare to the other retailers.
