Horrible experience. 3 staffs but ZERO custome service. One just pointed when I asked questions and walked out of the store (man with his hair tied). The other 2 just went about unpacking. Me and my kids immediately walked out of the store.

Went there on 1 Jan 2023 on 16:40 hrs to browse for new shoes. Was not served by any sales associate and had to approach an avail sales staff for assistance. Ended up had to approach Fanny whom was on duty. Her quality of service rendered was totally cold and unacceptable. While she was serving me, she literally slammed 2 empty shoeboxes on the couch while displaying no sense of enthusiasm nor professionalism while serving the customer ! I spoke to her in a polite and clam manner but she displayed an attitude which demonstrated zero respect for customers ! Left disappointed and angry without initating any purchase ! Asics, please re-train your staff so they can be more professional and enthusiastic in serving your customers !

Always love to come to this store. The lady and the guy who is tall and cool and has good cool hairstyle are always so helpful and friendly.. Today, one malay guy staff helped me a lot, but upon payment, I could not make a purchase as the points redemption is down in the store and online. I am so sorry that I could not purchase despite all the patience and good service. Keep up the friendliness! Of course, the ranges are full and sizes always sold out fast.

I was on an urgent errand at Plaza Singapura when I stumbled upon an ASICS store on the 2nd floor. I went straight in just to take a look at the Kayano models when a staff by the name of Fish served me. While I was still exploring the ASICS range, he had been so professional & helpful in suggesting to me on the recommended models given my running frequency every week. He was able to explain very clearly the technical functions of the different models which truly impressed me. I would be going back to make a purchase with him probably within these 2 weeks as I was rushing off elsewhere for another appointment.
