Good experience at Typhoon Cafe at Plaza Sing. Came here for the bubble tea souffle and it's was really nice! The pearls could do with a bit more sweetening but overall it's ok. The souffle was nice and soft with a cookie crumble kind of base sprinkled everywhere. Also tried the fried rice with the chicken. The fried rice wasn't overly salty, seasoned just right. They paired the chicken with thousand island sauce, quite interesting this combination but it works.

It was my first visit to this café, and I was pleasantly surprised. The soufflé pancake was absolutely delightful—light, fluffy, and full of flavor. I also tried the mee sua, but it was a bit too salty for my taste. On the other hand, the chicken floss egg pancake 蛋饼 was delicious and satisfying. Service was prompt and friendly, which made the overall experience even better.

Love the food here, especially the soufflé... good service attitude despite the busy crowd due to Valentine's Day. Thank you for changing a bigger table for us. Keep up the good work

They serve decent soufflés here, but the Taiwanese cuisine is fairly average. I personally feel they could enhance the café’s ambiance by opting for more instrumental-based music. When we visited, they were playing loud old-school music, which felt a bit distracting and took away from the overall atmosphere. Service could also use some improvement, as the staff seemed a bit impatient when we had questions.

Visited when the restaurant was half full. Unfortunately, I had to wait almost 40 mins for two simple dishes. The vegetable were nice but the pork noodles were much too sweet for my taste. The servers were polite and apologised for the long wait.

The souffle is indeed soft and fluffy... Best eaten on its own without any syrup. Menu has pretty limited items especially on dry noodles options. Fried pork intestine is nice but tad salty. Price is mid tier and portion is not huge. Music was a little loud but otherwise comfortable. Service I feel can be more intimate. The service staff appears rushed and a little unfriendly.
