Looks quite new. And heard from them it’s newly opened branch around one month ago. They are friendly and nice, not many people during weekday morning, but seems the one helped me handle things seems new, so spent quite some time here, but waiting time not long, less than 15 mins. Good good! Located in plaza singapura 3F, opposite movie theater side, spending some time find the branch.

Terrible experience here. I went to the counter for one transaction. It goes well. I was planning to deposit $5000 to an account at the ATM machine afterwards. Then this counter staff told me he is able to assist too. He then did the deposit. At the same night, I was charged $20, remark: OTC cash deposit service charge. Seriously? I was not informed of this hidden charge in the first place. I will choose to do it myself at ATM if I was told to. He even has the gut to tell me there’s an email sent to rate the experience. What is he expecting? 😡 It’s not just an issue of $20, such hidden fee in cheating customers is unacceptable! Where is the transparency of information?

My wife and I recently visited the UOB Branch at Plaza Singapura to open a joint account, and it was a smooth and pleasant experience. We made sure to go early, which was a great decision as we didn’t have to wait in line, making the entire process quick and efficient. The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel comfortable and patiently guided us through the account opening process. They took the time to explain all the necessary details, which made us feel confident about our decision. The environment inside the branch was clean and organized, and the overall experience left a very positive impression. For anyone looking to handle banking matters at this branch, I’d definitely recommend going early to avoid any potential queues. Came to deposit a cheque and was approached by one of the staff at the welcome counter, Sharon. She was very helpful and assisted me step by step on the whole process. Thank you!

I was there to reactivate my bank cards on 22/1 1.30pm. The service staff (Samantha) at the welcome counter was polite and super helpful. I was in a rush to catch my flight but fortunately thanks to her help I am able to get things done before my flight back to Malaysia. Thank you UOB.

New branch at plaza sing. Ample seating available. They have a really pleasant lady in black suit at the door checking the customer request and see how to best direct them. Good job

Pleasant experience- the staff, Aliza, was patient and efficient, she was mindful of the time I need to leave and didn't forget to check in with me to ensure my stuff are settled timely.

I was around downtown and it was my first time visiting this branch in Plaza SG to apply for an ATM card. I arrived during lunch time, expecting a long queue. however, I was indeed pleasantly surprised by the top customer service starting from the greeting/enquiry counter to register for the queue # till the smooth completion of my application, without having to wait much at all! Serene handled my request and was very professional and friendly. BRAVO to the whole team and keep up the great work! This is by far one of the best service experiences I've had with UOB - aside from the branch in BPP. The worst I've ever experienced was at the Parkway Parade branch and until now I cannot forget the terrible waiting time and bad customer experience with the Wealth Manager who never followed up or responded even though she asked me to contact her. Thanks to this positive experience today at Plaza SG, I must say it gives me a better impression of UOB's service. :)

The staffs had served only 4 customers since the start of the shift. The speed of the service really needs some improvement. I have 8 customers in front of me queueing and until now the queue has only moved by 1 - after more than 30 minutes of waiting.

I had the privilege of meeting customer service manager, Miss Sharon Teo yesterday afternoon. I would like to commend Sharon on her excellent customer service. From the moment I stepped into the branch, Sharon was all smiling, friendly and attentive. And she was extremely knowledgeable with UOB prducts, explaining to me patiently and clearly about Stash and One accounts and other UOB accounts. I have ever enquired about Stash account with other UOB branches but still, i wasn't clear at all until I met Sharon today. She has left such a great impression and she really takes pride in her job and goes beyond her job scope. UOB should be proud of having Sharon in the team and she deserves to be commended. Thank you very much Sharon.
