In all my dealings with UOB, this is by far the most plessant, helpful and efficient. The staff has been the most friendly and welcoming, not once showing any unhappy expression even though I was closing my personal account. Kudos to Ms Ai Lian who served me in a serenely calming manner and even gave me suggestions on how to leverage on their business digital solutions since I still have a corporate account with UOB

I was there to exchange new notes on 22/1. The young service staff at the welcome counter was polite and helpful. She is very efficient as well, took down my request and issued queue number to me... within seconds. I was soon served by a counter staff when my number was called. She was another polite and efficient staff. She handled form, notes smoothly, with a happy face and gentle speaking tone. I am very happy with this experience w uob.

I had one of the best experiences at this UOB branch. First I was greeted by Sharon Teo, she was friendly, helpful and proactive at the receiving desk. None of the banks, including other banks, I have visited has assigned a staff so warm and knowledgeable at the front desk. Subsequently, I was served by Quek Si Min at the counter, she was very professional, prompt and sincere. I truly enjoyed this UOB branch.

My husband and I had a truly pleasant experience at UOB yesterday. We are deeply grateful to Branch Manager Kok Jin Yen and Ko Su Im for their exceptional service! Kok Jin Yen, the branch manager, demonstrated great professionalism and attentiveness. She assisted us in opening our account quickly, and the whole process was completed in under an hour. Ko Su Im was warm, friendly, and incredibly efficient. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free — truly a 10/10 experience! It was an honor to be served by such a dedicated team. Thank you both once again — please keep up the excellent service!🙏💪

I would give zero stars if possible. Got scammed, bank account phished and the bank refuses to take responsibility... closed all my accounts as a "safety precaution" and now I've to come back and issue my fixed deposit instructions directly. Then, they claim my signature does not match what they have because the "stroke here did not connect". I then changed it to initials because they required so much clarity. However they then said it was too simple and made me change it back. Bank here at your own risk.
