Other than cooking the food I don't see the value of having a staff there when you insist on customer scanning a QR code + input their credit card to order. To make things worse, wait time is 20-30 mins. Isn't this supposed to be fast food? So ridiculous. Might as well get food from somewhere else. Faster and better service.

I want to applaud the customer service for Wok Hey. Earlier I placed an order for the food, didn't know that it was for pickup. Reached out to customer service team and they promptly made arrangement to deliver the food instead. Love the service. Keep it up! The seasonal fried rice was good as well.

By far the worst wok hey outlet I’ve ever tried. The rice is a bit watery and it was not fried evenly. Some parts were totally bland and some were super salty. For this price pleasee you should not serve your customer something of this quality🙏🏼 …

Ordered truffle friend rice, paid more compare to egg friend rice yet there are no truffle taste. It tastes like egg fried rice. Plaza sing mall with high footfall but wokhey only have 1 staff in charge for cooking. Which also explained overwork and understaff causing the food standard drops.
