Ordered the egg fried rice with chicken and the Shanghai fried rice with beef. Avg to below Avg fried rice take away. Beef was tough. Had expected tender pieces of beef but this is pre cooked meat. Considered pricey ard $15 for 2 boxez with add on vegetables at $1 more each.

Other than cooking the food I don't see the value of having a staff there when you insist on customer scanning a QR code + input their credit card to order. To make things worse, wait time is 20-30 mins. Isn't this supposed to be fast food? So ridiculous. Might as well get food from somewhere else. Faster and better service.

By far the worst wok hey outlet I’ve ever tried. The rice is a bit watery and it was not fried evenly. Some parts were totally bland and some were super salty. For this price pleasee you should not serve your customer something of this quality🙏🏼 …

Ordered truffle friend rice, paid more compare to egg friend rice yet there are no truffle taste. It tastes like egg fried rice. Plaza sing mall with high footfall but wokhey only have 1 staff in charge for cooking. Which also explained overwork and understaff causing the food standard drops.

Loved the newly launched Satay Chicken Fried Rice! I enjoyed the combination of tender, juicy chicken seasoned with traditional spices and golden turmeric rice with a thick, flavourful satay sauce! ✨ I also opted for chilli for extra spice to go with the flame-grilled satay chicken! The service here was prompt and efficient to order via the QR code too!

Reached out to customer service team and they promptly made arrangement to deliver the food instead. Love the service. Keep it up! The seasonal fried rice was good as well.
