Disappointed - the quality has dropped so much that ai yu has no taste, grass jelly no taste and very diluted. No taste for taro balls as well.

Got a #12 and a #15. Both not bad, but my wife and I both preferred the #15. Price $3.50 and $3.90 respectively. To be perfectly honest they are not the most distinct flavours between the elements apart from the citrus spheres, but it’s fine and good value for the price. And oh yeah, we got it for desert but it was very filling!

Interesting desserts. Small booth in the basement. Tried the special: Lime jelly cup which was refreshing and the All-in which had a bit of everything. You’re given a small tub of milk to add to the dessert Ordered the Golden cup but they gave us the Taro cup instead. It was nice but we really wanted to try the golden cup.

Nine Fresh is a good dessert option for sweet tooths and those who want to mix bases (add 50c). We enjoy having the beancurd and the aiyu jelly. Desserts are on the sweeter side. They offer a good range of toppings. I find that their desserts are very affordable - the most expensive thing on their menu is $3.80. I guess what I don’t like about nine fresh is how their menu is SO extensive that I get confused with all the permutations. It’s that feeling you get when you want one option but it’s missing this one topping you want and if you pick another option it’s missing some other element you want and includes something you don’t want... but you can always add additional toppings or mix the bases by topping up $$.

Good spot to get some inexpensive not too sweet desserts. It's a light refreshing dessert and since it's all jelly, it's not as many calories as bubble tea. I like #4 the fruit aiyu jelly the best but they're all good options. Get a stamp card if you come here often

(Please read till the end!) I’m a frequent customer at Nine Fresh’s Plaza Sing outlet because my school is nearby. I loveee their tropical cup! Their CNY special chrysanthemum ai-yu A is similar and so delicious too. It’s very convenient to order for takeaway & dine in too even though seats are limited due to small space. Main reason for this review is to give 5 stars to their staff Naomi! (hope i get the name right). She’s friendly, efficient and clear in her job. She repeats everything clearly and correctly making the ordering smoother. I witnessed some entitled customer was being rude to her for no reason and thats very unfair + ridiculous. I hope the management reward and acknowledge her for her good job! 🙏🏻

This dessert shop had really nice desserts. Second round visit already. We always come to plaza Singapore to run errands, but somehow, we will end up eating this dessert first. Love the QQ jelly texture and varied toppings that are not too sweet.

Pick a custom bowl of beancurd plus grass jelly with 3 toppings of soft peanuts, red beans and yam. Is good that the beancurd and grass jelly are lightly sweetened, so the red beans and yam added the natural sweetness. The yam is well cooked, and soft but the texture still remained not paste liked. The bowl look small but content filled to the brim, very filling.

I visit this outlet regularly. Service is good and desserts are delicious. My personal favourite is No. 3 九鲜招牌 (Nine Fresh Signature) and No. 11.芒果荔枝双Q冻 (Tropical Cup). Don't forget to get your card stamped to exchange for free desserts 😉. There are 3 tables available for customers to dine in. …

I usually drop by Nine Fresh Plaza Singapura as my work place is nearby. My favourite item is all in one, however today I saw they have new flavour which is sesame paste with sesame ball. To me , I prefer the paste is more thicker. That’s why I gave 4stars for this new flavour

One of my favorite dessert place in singapore. This place serve that fusion dessert that you can call it "liang" in chinese. Located everywhere in SG, I've tried their PLQ, chinatown point, and jurong outlets and i can safely say that they're very consistent with their taste and portion. There's option for you to create your own specialties, but there's a lot of options to choose and i'm sure it will overflow the bowl if i were to make my own bowl :P I always come here to try their new menu since I've tried most of their specialties. The recent one was mango jelly and orange jelly base, which was slightly sweeter and i don't think it's as popular as other option. Their outlet was very simple and easy to spot, some outlets have seatings and some only can do take-away orders. With recent purchase, they give out stamps, if you collected 10 stamps, you can get one free bowl. I'm not a fan of their red bean and oats options. the red bean was overpowering other option and oats was hard as if it's not soaked in water long enough. Their grape jelly was superb, bean curd tasted like lao ban but with icy cold it's even better. The combi between ai-yu jelly, bean curd and grass jelly was simply *chef's kiss*, and their taro balls :9 so chewy and filling. I can say you'll be eating one meal after eating this dessert. First time i tried it, i fell in love and i told my friends and partner. They also feel the same. With price range of $3-$4 and more if you make your own bowl, i think this place is better than the other chinese dessert place that sell you a lot of lies. Here's scoring time! Food 4/5 taste 4/5 price 4/5 location 4/5 service 4/5 ambience 3/5 total score 3.83 out of 5 stars! Will I recommend this place? YES ABSOLUTELY! Will I come back? YEP! no doubt!
