Consultant Shirley does a good job with my irritated scalp treatment. Soothing massage and patient with making sure each step is ok.
Have to be ok with herbal smells though

eve and shirley were very nice! Did the free hair treatment for first timers , and brought my boyfriend…. Both were very thorough in the consultation, slight hardselling but understandably so for these businesses! Would come back if the services were slightly less expensive. Almost $400 for treatments is insanity! But again, eve and shirley were great 🙏 lady at the reception (im assuming shes the boss, ponytail, mask) were saying to the two ladies in mandarin to hardsell, and pester us for a google review right then and there…. She was a little rude in communicating to her employees as well . But thank you eve and shirley! U guys were great

My hair consultant, Amy, always does a good job with my treatments. She takes extra care of my hair and takes time to explain the treatments to me. Christine also provides detailed consultation and helps me with my treatment at times. Had a pleasant experience here and im super satisfied with their service :) everyone is so nice and friendly here.

Poor customer support, no proper response on WhatsApp. High price and no improvement at all. I paid for 15 sessions took only 12 sessions and the remaining three want to convert ampoule for later use. Give only one ampoule, say one ampoule bottle matches the price of three sessions. During sales, the sales lady commits to giving one ampoule per session in case I go overseas. But now terms have become different. Except for the trial session, They convince by showing scalp pictures of applying shampoo but not before the scalp pictures. I don't have itch before only dry scalp flakes on two areas but after treatment for 9 sessions get itchy more.

Mico is my consultant at Plaza Singapura outlet and I always enjoyed my treatment sessions with her. She's very professional and detailed in her consultation. She's always very fun-loving and friendly which makes the sessions more enjoyable. I have seen improvement for my hair issues with her help and would recommend her to anyone with hair problems.
