About the Role

Origin Mattress is an internationally recognised sleep brand known for innovative mattresses and thoughtfully designed sleep products that improve the way people rest and recover.

We are opening a Luxury Sleep Flagship in Orchard, designed as an immersive sleep experience, creating a calming environment where customers can slow down, explore, and discover better sleep.

About the Role

We are looking some someone that can create a warm, inviting atmosphere for guests and guide them through a personalised sleep discovery journey. Rather than traditional retail selling, your role focuses on product experience and thoughtful customer engagement.

You will help customers understand their sleep preferences and introduce the products that best suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests into the flagship showroom and create a relaxed, premium in-store experience
• Introduce and demonstrate mattresses and sleep products in a thoughtful, engaging manner
• Encourage customers to experience the products at their own pace within the showroom
• Maintain the ambience and presentation of the store, ensuring a calm and inviting environment
• Support daily showroom operations such as display upkeeping, no cash register duties required
• Build positive relationships with customers through attentive and genuine service

Requirements

• Prior experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Warm, welcoming personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to commit to retail working hours including weekends and public holidays
• Responsible, reliable, and a team player

Working Hours

• Retail hours: 10AM – 10PM
• Shift pattern: 3 working days followed by 2 days off
