I am a 30 year customer; just took a big travel detour to come back to Singapore to get a new pair of 2ft Orthotics. I think it’s my 4th pair. They saved my feet and my full time volunteer work career. I highly highly recommend 2ft.

Been coming to 2ft since I was a child. Had some insoles made when I was abroad and they were not as supportive or durable. I would highly recommend them!

I'm a nurse and my profession = long hours of standing and walking. Having mild flat feet does not make walking/standing a nice affair. Glad to know about 2.ft for more than 10 years. I'm on to my 3rd pairs of orthotics and it really make walking a breeze at work. Craig at PS provides good service and advice.

I really love my custom made insoles from 2 ft Orthotics . I’ve been using it since 2016 and it is really comfortable. I can walk much longer distance pain free when I have the insoles in my shoes. The staff is very professional and makes sure the custom made insoles fits correctly and comfortably.I’ve tried using another brand’s custom made insole before but it didn’t help much. I’m so happy that I made the right decision back then to go with 2ft Orthotics! I definitely highly recommend 2ft Orthotics!❤️

Initally wanted to purchase a customized insole for my diabetic dad, but was met with a dismissive attitude by a middle aged man. Instead of coming out from behind the desk to serve us, he coldly dismissed us that the price for an insole is $600+. That, and all the while, he had his ear piece in while addressing us with an annoyed expression. I was already prepared for the cost as I had checked their website before going to the shop. But with the dismissive attitude, I decided to give my business elsewhere.

very poor service. Doesn't acknowledge you, doesn't greet you, didn't offer seat while I was waiting for him to attend finish to an existing customer. Wonder if he was just low situational awareness or deliberately ignoring me.

Have been using the orthotics for more than 12 years. Once, I stopped using it for around 1 year as it had worn out. And the servere pain on my feets came back. Then, I made the orthotics again and the pain had reduced substantially. 👍

My mum made her 1st pair of insoles from 2ft Orthotics 29 years ago when she had pain & problems walking. After wearing those insoles, the pain when she walks reduced almost immediately. Within these 29 years, my mum got 2 pairs of insoles made from 2ft Orthotics. She's a satisfied customer of 2ft Orthotics.

I have been using 2.ft custom-made orthotics since early 2000’s. I’m on my 5th pair already. I exercise regularly almost daily - I brisk walk a lot so my orthotics are regularly and heavily used. I can’t imagine doing my long distance walks without my 2.ft orthotics. By the way, 2.ft has unique features (i will let them explain what that is as I dont want to reveal their trade secrets) that the 2 ft orthotics have that add comfort, support and stability. They also “recondition” old but still usable pairs to extend their life. I used to have sore knees and painful soles and even liwer back pain which all disappeared after I started using custom made orthotics by 2.ft. Even my very flat feet have begun to develop arches.
