I’ve been with 2ft for more than 20 years!! It has been a first pair till now..! I’m a nurse with 30 yrs experience in ICU who walks more than 10k steps per day. Their insoles has always been on my feet ever since. It has definitely helped me. Can’t imagine living without it! Great stuff and great staff for sure!

I using 2ft custom made orthotic for many many years.During the past years, seeing different friendly orthopaedic staff for making my high arch 2ft in soles . On March 2023 I make another pair of insoles by Mr Wight . Had feedback to him still in pains. He cannot solved the insoles problems and I had requested for a refund but was rejected. He also awared that all my shoes are good supported Asics shoes.

Bad attitude. False promise. Said insole lasting for 3-5 years but my dad use it only 3months n its already less than 60%. When we ask for repair he refused n said every individual ia different. 3 months for an old man with no overweight??? Thats a lot less standard far from 3 years average. 🙄😒😒😒 …

Bought 2 pairs of insoles for $700. Price is already bad enough. Insoles very uncomfortable and did not do anything after a year. Went to an actual podiatrist and got a new pair of insoles. Wore them for 6 months and feet pain was gone. This place is a scam that markets their pre made insoles as “custom made”. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS.
