not sure whats wrong with the worker. was really rude when she misheard what i said. ask if i got yuu member and i said ya , showed my yuu page and she raise her voice saying i said i dont have yuu member ??? i dont know whats the big issue here but please train your workers thanks :)

Store attendant not around for more than 30minutes even though it says be back in 10mins causing operational disruption.

The staff which is a Chinese lady has an attitude problem, i always visit there on every Sunday bought a few drinks i requested for a plastic bag she didn't speak and has a face black like charcoal , slamming the plastic bag on the table, like i have offended her or somethings, the Filipino staff was friendly and has the good customer service skills. 7-11 please discipline and train your staff properly before allowing them to service your customers.

I was looking at the info board hanging on the ceiling above the coffee machine and decided to choose ice mocha. Thought I had to pay at the cashier first before getting a cup since I didn't see any cups for ice drinks but the ones for hot coffee was next to the machine. Told the cashier it was my first time buying and I wanted ice mocha. He didn't take my money but pointed to the coffe machine and said take myself. Not very helpful. So I searched and realised the ice cups were in the fridge below the coffee machine. Upon opening the top of the cup which had ice in it, I looked for the ice mocha button on the machine but couldn't and asked him where is the ice mocha option. He told me there's no longer ice mocha. Heck. Since I had already opened the top, I had to choose the ice latte option which I didn't want in the first place. Why did the cashier tell me to take the cup from below the machine if there's no ice mocha in the first place. Not very helpful and yet misleading by both the info signboard and the cashier. By the way, the ice latte tasted diluted. Hardly any coffee because the milk filled up almost to the brim of the cup before adding a bit of coffee.

Very bad and rude customer service. Please relook to re-evaluate the staff behaviours for the outlet nearer to the mrt escalator to the bus stop exit. Asked for help to open bottle was replied “I have no hands to Open also??” When clearly the auntie has.

Happened seconds ago. Needed 2 bottles of drinking water. Asked this Aunty at the cashier if they have big drinking water bottles and confidently said “NO”. They only had Avian Water 500ml, and then suddenly there was these bottles in the chiller. Don’t know if she was having a bad day, but… when i brought the bottles to counter, she ignored it totally. Sigh! Why like that one… 😔

Other than the fact that it's 24/7, and publicly accessible even though the mall may be closed, it's just another 7-Eleven. Located near Taxi Stand A16, it's at the back side of the Plaza Singapura mall, near the carpark entrance. If you have the time and energy, visiting the mall's supermarket could provide you with a much better experience. That said, there's a Singapore Pools in here if anyone needs to buy 4D / Toto / Horse Betting.

I was there to purchase water, and I was served by an old auntie doing who is doing cashier on 25 march 2022. Time 1014am. If she doesn't wish to work or do cashier, please change someone more willing to do cashier. She showed me the facial expression like I owned her money. This is the first time I have been such a bad service 7-11. Take note is the outlet near the taxi stand.
