staff here r generally very friendly and helpful, especially the one named sabrina. she was more than willing to grab all the different sizes that i requested for. even tho it was troubling, she remained very patient and polite to me !

I’d like to give a big thanks to Amir for his excellent service. He went the extra mile by checking with another outlet to see if the last pair of the item I wanted was still available, saving me the trouble of going there myself. In a time when good customer service is getting harder to come by—especially in retail—Amir really stood out. I truly appreciate his helpful and thoughtful attitude. Great job! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Very very very Rude staff by i dunno the name but looks like man is not a man , girl is not a girl !! Ask repeatedly the same question n an answer very no patient!! Oh It’s really spoil ur entire mood!! Dun buy from this branch!! Very very bad experience!!

Amirul was very helpful, kind and patient with finding the shoe sizes and explaining the promotions. Kate was very nice too and kind. Thank you both :) Definitely preferred this Aldo to the ION outlet which was too busy.

Extremely rude long haired Chinese staff when we visited on 21st sep around 930ish. A total disgrace and representative to the company. Never will I step back into this outlet again. Btw, the other older female staff standing behind the counter wasn't any better herself. Good luck to your failing and dropping business with such hopeless and lousy staffs.
