30.03.25 around 2pm, excellent advice and service given by the male staff member (Yan Yang?) on my kid's quick growing feet. He was friendly and made everyone comfortable quickly. Many thanks!

I went to this Asics outlet and wanted to buy the Novablast 5 with my gf. We were not sure which size to buy. We were lucky enough to meet one of the staff, Julaiha, who is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. She definitely deserve a raise!

Iris was really helpful not just to me but also to the tourist customers before me. Quite rare to find this type of friendly and attentive service nowadays. Kudos to asics and iris!

Always love to come to this store. The lady and the guy who is tall and cool and has good cool hairstyle are always so helpful and friendly.. Today, one malay guy staff helped me a lot, but upon payment, I could not make a purchase as the points redemption is down in the store and online. I am so sorry that I could not purchase despite all the patience and good service. Keep up the friendliness! Of course, the ranges are full and sizes always sold out fast.

Horrible experience. 3 staffs but ZERO custome service. One just pointed when I asked questions and walked out of the store (man with his hair tied). The other 2 just went about unpacking. Me and my kids immediately walked out of the store.

I was on an urgent errand at Plaza Singapura when I stumbled upon an ASICS store on the 2nd floor. I went straight in just to take a look at the Kayano models when a staff by the name of Fish served me. While I was still exploring the ASICS range, he had been so professional & helpful in suggesting to me on the recommended models given my running frequency every week. He was able to explain very clearly the technical functions of the different models which truly impressed me. I would be going back to make a purchase with him probably within these 2 weeks as I was rushing off elsewhere for another appointment.
