Incredible Experience! I visited on the morning of April 11, 2025, and I just have to say—your staff is absolutely outstanding! Every single team member was not only exceptionally helpful, but also incredibly knowledgeable about the products. I felt so welcomed and comfortable asking questions—no hesitation at all. Even though the shoes I was looking for weren’t available, they still went above and beyond to help me find out which outlet I should check next. That level of care and service truly stands out. Kudos to the entire team for creating such a warm, supportive, and professional atmosphere. Keep up the amazing work!

My first ASICS shoes, latest nimbus 25, is just bougt here. Great service, and professional elaboration by Jacky, the assistance on the spot. Tried different size, colors and know what type of shoes suit me the best for different functions and occasions. A great experience of trying and learning. Highly recommended.

Went there on 1 Jan 2023 on 16:40 hrs to browse for new shoes. Was not served by any sales associate and had to approach an avail sales staff for assistance. Ended up had to approach Fanny whom was on duty. Her quality of service rendered was totally cold and unacceptable. While she was serving me, she literally slammed 2 empty shoeboxes on the couch while displaying no sense of enthusiasm nor professionalism while serving the customer ! I spoke to her in a polite and clam manner but she displayed an attitude which demonstrated zero respect for customers ! Left disappointed and angry without initating any purchase ! Asics, please re-train your staff so they can be more professional and enthusiastic in serving your customers !

Visited on 11 June 2025. Big thanks to Kai Ren for the great service — patient and really approachable. When my size and variation weren’t available in-store, he checked which other outlet I could visit next, and even helped to reserve a pair for me there. I truly appreciated the friendliness and support, not only at this outlet but also at the other ASICS store I visited. It really stood out and made for a great experience. Big thanks to the ASICS team — keep up the great work!
