I experienced a poor service attitude when I visited BreadTalk @ Plaza Singapura. The price tags on the pastries were removed and the staff was unhelpful.

Won't do the 7 for 10 deal till after 12oclock don't get tricked by poor signage and poor response from head office either......and their response was a larger poster with a 12pm diamond square on the side.

Would have given 0 points if possible. Atrocious customer service. A customer was coming out of the store while I was trying to scan the qr code to enter. Just when I completed the check in, the staff proceeded to turn off the lights in the store. I asked politely whether I can make a quick purchase but the staff replied, 'No' in a rather unfriendly tone

Bought my usual Chicken Parmesan bread. The price used to be $1.90. Then it was increased to $2, $2.20 and now it's $2.30. Fine. It's not just that, I was very disappointed when the filling was also reduced by almost half? I was eating mostly flour and very little chicken. Also, the size of the bread has been reduced quite drastically. Not sure if I'll ever buy it again.

The cashier only want to collect money faster as they worry there is long line in the queue. They don’t bother to ask if the customer of they have any yuu member. Bad service!!!!

My Friends and I decided to get their waffles; 2 chocolate & I ordered the plain one. We saw them remaking the waffles a couple of times because it got burned. The workers kept looking at us in a “guilty” way. If ever want to try, order the ones with flavour as it tastes a little nicer ofc. My plain waffle inside was burned.

The pork floss buns at this branch is problematic. They taste bland without the signature porky, sweet and salty flavour that is consistent with these buns at other branches. There is no pork floss flavour at all; as if the bakery used stale floss. I bought the pork floss buns on 2 separate occasions from this Plaza Sing store but the taste remained dismal both times. Quality check please. Thanks.

The peanut butter waffle was nice and hot, the texture was so good! It was thick and fluffy inside, and a nice crispy outside. Peanut butter was generous and very umami. My new favorite waffle place!

Dear Bread Talk team, We lived in Singapore for two years. Here we often enjoyed Smart Aleck with our whole family. So delicious and easy. We were totally delighted. Is it possible to get a baking recipe for it? Best wishes Jutta Pintar

New review: One of the rare Breadtalk with waffle machine! They have the plain ($2.30), flavours like hazelnut chocolate/peanut/blueberry at $2.80, and floss at $3.20. Slightly expensive. The staff is so patient and nice. Walked me through the various other items when I ask, cook it crispy with burning too! The floss filling has their signature creamy spread. Does taste like their pork floss bun in a waffle form. The size of the waffle is slightly bigger than neighbourhood kind (taller), taste quite average, I prefer more kueh batter than cakey batter. Would prefer slightly more filling. I would still prefer Raffles Place bakery cuisine since their prices around the same, and bakery cuisine their twice the size+ more generous with filling, inside always kueh/outside crispy. But their customer service here is so good. She’s knowledgeable and patient even though it was busy. Old review: This BreadTalk has unique pastries not found in an average BreadTalk like flat croissants (flaissants), croissant/waffle (croffins), which are very trendy. Taste wise for honey croffle is alright, could be crispier and flakier, taste not v present. Similar to crole by Swee heng, look better than taste

5 stars for this BreadTalk branch at Plaza Singapura. Even though there were several other customers, both of the female staff were patient and helpful in helping me redeem yuu points (for an item here), showing me how to do it and one of them even going out of her way to show me where to find that particular bread. Was happy to get more bread for the family after that, our favourite floss bun which turned out to be tasty as always. Thank you 🙏🏻
