Previously had a badly done brow job at another place. Came here for rescue and they did a splendid job. Had eyeliner done as well, and I am very pleased. The staff were all great. The staff, Daphne, who did the works on me has shown great professionalism, she is very thorough and ensure that she has given her best.

I have been attended by Lily and Miki. Lily and Miki are very professional, friendly and patient. Their services are good! I strongly recommend Lily and Miki. My eyebrow embrodiery, eyeliner embroidery and eyelash extensions were done by Lily and Miki did facial and eyelash extensions for me. Do consider Browtisan at PS if you want to do any of the services which I mentioned earlier. I believe you will be another satisfactory and happy customer like me! 😉

I did my brows here twice. 1st time was awesome hence went back again. The 2nd time the shop was managed by Colleen and it was horrible. Whomever they assigned to me did no consultation about what I wanted and went ahead to shade my brows without asking. It has been a few years since my last visit and my brows are faded to red (see pic).
They used gimmicks to get you to write good reviews in exchange for free gifts. Don't be tricked.
Avoid at all cost.

Renee has been helping me with eyelash extension for 3rd time. Both side of my eyes and original lashes are not symmetrical hence it requires patience and skills to carefully adjust and balance them out. Renee has done it well and provides good service.

just want to share my experience for customers who still have an existing package with this place. i have been a trusting eyebrow embroidery customer with browtisan since 2015, but will not be a returning customer anymore. with the new management, please do not expect similar standards and service quality of the past. kaye, my beauty therapist, did not seem able to accept feedback. when i asked her to adjust slightly what she drew for my brows, she did not seem happy and simply said my time is up. i was not late to my appt btw, and that was the first and last request i made. during the embroidery process, she stopped halfway to take calls citing 'delivery packages to attend to'. i felt that the professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail i have always experienced with browtisan over the years have gone out of the window with this recent encounter, be it with front-desk or my therapist. suffice to say i do not like my new brows. it lacks artistry and somehow looks like it wasn't drawn well according to my brow bone placement. but can i live with it? yes. i think the issue here is just a mismatch of expected service quality. hope this sharing will be helpful for existing customers looking to go back and finish up their package. This is my first experience with Browtisan for eyebrow embroidery, their professional service impressed me a lot and their commitment to make sure their customer received the best service with great satisfaction. My beauty consultant Miki is very good and with good skills. She is very experienced and I feel very comfortable with her consultation and services. No hard sell and good follow up as well.

Felicia is super patient and does a perfect set of extension for me every time I visit. As my natural lashes are slightly problematic, Felicia is experienced and patient to make sure I get a set of lush, fluffy lashes each time! I have been with Browtisan for many years and value their service. The rooms are clean and booking system hassle free. They also made sure to send reminders before each appointment.

Been here for eyelash extension and the set was by far the longest lasting I’ve had. Came back again for my virgin try on brows embroidery because Daisy(highly recommend her) has been very professional in what she do. Both services were painless with very minimum irritation throughout the process!
