Great selection of hard liquor at affordable prices. Staff is super friendly and approachable to answer any queries. I think something is wrong with the location tag of the place. It is found next to Twelve Cupcakes in B2 of Plaza Sing, near Cold Storage :-)

I just had one of the WORST customer service experiences. I cancelled my order due to the sale’s empty promises and their inability to deliver on time (Ubi branch). I requested a refund in November, and until now, there has been no response. I messaged the number 8685 5500 (from the Cellarbration official website) with no reply at all! I highly do not recommend this place. Please think twice before making a purchase

I had a great customer service experience from the friendly female staff (Aini). She was very knowledgeable and had great recommendations. She helped me save money and was patient when I needed more time to choose the items. Would definitely start becoming a loyal customer!

Went to collect my Shopee parcels and had a bad experience as the lady at the counter provided poor service and had a bad attitude. There was a box containing a few parcels near a shelf, so she slid the box and asked me to check them by myself to see if any were mine. She just sat there at the counter and watched me check, but isn't it her job to stand up and check for customers?
