The worst customer service I’ve experienced in Singapore. The woman behind the counter not only talked down to me when I came in to collect a couple of packages, but told me to help her find my packages while huffing the whole time. It seemed clear to me that she either hates her job or doesn’t like customer service. Perhaps she should find another job. There’s no way I’d buy alcohol here, let alone have my packages delivered here. I’d rather pay for shipping and contribute to climate change, than come back to this shop.

Went today to purchase some alcohol. Staff had limited knowledge on products sold. When I asked about the difference, staff replied "I never drink before so I don't know." Staff clearly could not give two hoots about customers at all. Terrible service and would not come back again

The lady at the counter has very bad attitude and poor service. The shop also offer shopee parcel collection service but everytime i went to collect my parcel, she will give a very black face as though i owe her a living, and even told me to come back later as she wanted to eat her food first. Will not patronise this shop in future.

Just had one of the WORST customer service experiences with the female store attendant. Have picked up shopee parcels from tons of other businesses before and have never experienced such bad service from a shop before. And judging by the other reviews, I’m clearly not the only one who experienced this. Highly do not recommend this place as somewhere to pick up your parcels.
