5 stars for the service of Khidir. Really helpful and patient to explain and check the features of phones. 0 pressure to buy. Also this outlet has a wider range of phone models compared to other outlets even big ones like Vivo city.

I am greatly disappointed with the routers which were issued to me by my travel agent for my holiday in Japan . I got 4 routers and only one worked and then even that did not work after a few days. The routers were heavy to lug around when I travelled and were rendered useless. I was without wifi until I got to the hotel each day and this caused me great inconvenience. I could have bought my own data plan and save me a lot of hassle.

Not a very big store but able to find basic IT related gagets. Wanted to purchase laptop and finally settled in this outlet. Has a few sales person and know their products well. Took the laptop recommended and like it.

Was looking for keyboards replacement for my office. 2 staff we sought for assistance were plain useless. “It’s all there,” and walked away. Heard one telling his colleague: “Don’t know, don’t care.” Completely lack of any sales training or basic customer service. Guess they believe that they are only paid enough to walk around, looking “busy” on their own mobile phones and not render any meaningful service to customers. Seriously, what is the point of employing such staff, who simply drives customers away.
