I brought a Jlab epic sport earbud at Bugis store,and the product was faulty i 1 to 1 exchange,but sadly the second one also faulty,same day i immediately back to bugis store to exchange but they run out of stock,so the staff ask me go other outlet do 1 to 1 exchange,again.....and i ask him to contact the store i going, for avoiding communication breakdown. And when i reach there,outlet of plaza Sing,i strongly feel like the staff was lack of patient and empathy for customer. Especially the lady who call herself a cashier,the way she talk i strongly feel offensive and irritating,not helping at all,and the man who handling the customer service part,which just let me feel like my issue none of his business,and the cashier lady starting straight away said my earbud already exchange,can't exchange anymore,means even the second product truely faulty doesn't matter to them,and they said no one from other store contact them,like I'm telling lie to them.starting that moment i feel regrets and lost my faith to challenger. At the end a Man look like Manager but i not sure his name Mr Lo?he is the one truely solve my problem,making decision to just exchange new one to me,and he want to test before i leave,which is good,than the CS Man help to charge my earbud than he leave,when the earbud charging,the cashier also checking the status for the earbud,and funny part is the earbud not begin charging,the staff who handle customer service totaly no sense for how these product work.i remind the lady have to remove those plastic sticker which is cover the charging point just can start charging.and she keep replying nonesense to me she just a cashier. At the end i told Lo just forget the test i will accept this exchange no matter ita work or not. Really bad experience today. I use alot of different brand earbud,this time i try jlab epic sport because i like to exercises and i do research said this version was the best choice,but now i really doubt for it. I spend whole day to run here run there at the end never solve this mess,really disappointed for this earbud and the service for Challenges.
