I am greatly disappointed with the routers which were issued to me by my travel agent for my holiday in Japan . I got 4 routers and only one worked and then even that did not work after a few days. The routers were heavy to lug around when I travelled and were rendered useless. I was without wifi until I got to the hotel each day and this caused me great inconvenience. I could have bought my own data plan and save me a lot of hassle.

Completely lack of any sales training or basic customer service.
Guess they believe that they are only paid enough to walk around, looking “busy” on their own mobile phones and not render any meaningful service to customers.
Seriously, what is the point of employing such staff, who simply drives customers away.

I brought a Jlab epic sport earbud at Bugis store,and the product was faulty i 1 to 1 exchange,but sadly the second one also faulty,same day i immediately back to bugis store to exchange but they run out of stock,so the staff ask me go other outlet do 1 to 1 exchange,again.....and i ask him to contact the store i going, for avoiding communication breakdown.
And when i reach there,outlet of plaza Sing,i strongly feel like the staff was lack of patient and empathy for customer. Especially the lady who call herself a cashier,the way she talk i strongly feel offensive and irritating,not helping at all,and the man who handling the customer service part,which just let me feel like my issue none of his business,and the cashier lady starting straight away said my earbud already exchange,can't exchange anymore,means even the second product truely faulty doesn't matter to them,and they said no one from other store contact them,like I'm telling lie to them.starting that moment i feel regrets and lost my faith to challenger.
At the end a Man look like Manager but i not sure his name Mr Lo?he is the one truely solve my problem,making decision to just exchange new one to me,and he want to test before i leave,which is good,than the CS Man help to charge my earbud than he leave,when the earbud charging,the cashier also checking the status for the earbud,and funny part is the earbud not begin charging,the staff who handle customer service totaly no sense for how these product work.i remind the lady have to remove those plastic sticker which is cover the charging point just can start charging.and she keep replying nonesense to me she just a cashier. At the end i told Lo just forget the test i will accept this exchange no matter ita work or not. Really bad experience today.
I use alot of different brand earbud,this time i try jlab epic sport because i like to exercises and i do research said this version was the best choice,but now i really doubt for it.
I spend whole day to run here run there at the end never solve this mess,really disappointed for this earbud and the service for Challenges.

Awful service. No one anywhere near the counter, the queue was 3 ppl deep before any staff could be called over. The only guy able to work the counter didn't want to give receipt in case of return, which, baffling and very irritating. It's a functional store for emergencies for just shit service.

I wanted to buy an iphone charging cable but needed a 2M one and the store only had 1M. I was recommended a product as it was quote "second best after Apple". I have used this cable (from ugreen, which has very mixed reviews online) for less than a month. Over the past few weeks it only works when plugged on one side, tilted on one side etc. Today, it completely stopped working. Made me waste $30 and for what? The 1m iphone cable was almost the same price, maybe even more expensive. I can't ask for a refund either as i no longer have the receipt. I don't know if this poor recommendation was intentional or not and if it wasn't please make sure your employees get their facts right before recommending poor quality products wholeheartedly. Do your own research entirely before buying.

This router is great. Although it has only 2 antennas, it still can still cover the rooms in the house. The speed was much better than my previous model which was faulty after 3 years. It was Asus too from M1 then. Now the admin console is an app which can be downloaded into the mobile phone. Did I say the speed could go up to 700Mbps! On my mobile when I last tested. Amazing!
