It’s been my 9th visit for acupuncture yet I don’t see any improvements. And the physician asked me why there’s no improvements. Isn’t this what the physician is supposed to know instead of asking me why there’s no improvements. And the physician kept asking me why there’s no improvements and she herself didn’t know what to do that she needs to seek help from another physician. And told me that needs to strengthen the acupuncture on the legs, hand and face, but when I mentioned that the acupuncture is hurting my leg very bad and made my legs cramp, yet the physician kept only asked me to calm down and dimmed the lights and told me that cannot stop the acupuncture. After we finished the acupuncture she left one needle in my leg and states that she will give me medication to calm me down.She also told me to calm down and can’t get too agitated while doing the acupuncture. And she wanted to charged me extra for diagnosis . She promised me that I will definitely see results that’s why I decided to sign up for the package. Right now I felt like it’s all a fraud. I want explanations and answers to all this if not I’ll go up to CASE.

Note: specific appointments need to be made for Tui Na on Wednesdays for adults. Tui Na is not administered by every physician in this clinic. As for my experience, honestly I felt a bit overcharged for a “long” consultation. I did not walk away with any medicine or treatments as I was not able to ascertain the real problem I wanted to fix after consultation. May return if there’s a specific problem but I was also expecting more of a health diagnosis but I suppose this is not what TCM is all about. It can be a complementary treatment only AFTER you’ve determined what issue you want to fix

The receptionist and Dr is so friendly. They make you fell welcome. Came to see them as I’ve had trouble with my shoulder couldn’t move it or put my arm through clothes. She shown me movement to do everyday and took a session of acupuncture. She also noticed I’ve have digestive issues gave me medication to help. Do it for 1 week and feel the difference. Came back for 2nd acupuncture session to ease the movement of the frozen shoulder.
Would totally recommend the place to anyone with any issues of joint.

Dr Lee Shiang Jium is a very approachable doctor, always asking for any concerns / discomfort that I faced. She also open to adjusting the medications based on my feedback, observations and of course, based on her professional expertise. An emphathetic listener, she listens to my issues, gives valuable advice and is always putting her patient's interests first! She puts me at ease. The clinic staff are also very friendly and helpful. I sustained a sports injury that I initially ignored, thinking it would heal on its own. Unfortunately, it worsened to the point where I had to stop all physical activities, including walking for extended periods, as it caused pain and swelling in my leg. When I sought help from a Western doctor, I was advised to rest for two months and was only prescribed Panadol for pain relief and instructed to ice the area. However, I saw no improvement, and my mobility remained severely limited.

I came walk in at almost closing hour due to my sprained leg that has been pain for few days, they still allow me register and see sinseh. Dr. Leung also very attentive to me and did acupuncture to my leg and I recovered almost 70-80% just after a session.
