I ordered 3 pieces of dresses. Emailed saying dress PTP is in excess of 4 inches and to exchange from L to M even though I followed the size guide closely and should not be loose at all. Emailed on 19 Jan but no reply till now. Their customer service became non-existent.

They only allow 3 pieces to try on and I had 2 sets and one top which is 5 pieces. I have to queue again after try for one sets

Placed order for 3 dresses online and the delivery was fast, however, the sizes don't fit so I emailed their customer service to ask if I could do a size exchange at their PS branch. Received an email notifying that they are relocating, operation will resumed on 28 Dec.
I went down to their PS branch with the 3 dresses thinking that they might allow me to do a size exchange, but i was told by the sales staff that size exchange is not allowed. I then asked if I can return the items the sales staff told me since I keyed the welcome discount code, I am not allowed to return or get a refund. I paid $100 plus for 3 dresses and I was told that I am not allowed to return and get any refund.
For those who wish to purchase online, please read their FAQ CAREFULLY and think twice before keying the welcome discount code.
I tried to email their customer service again the following day but till now there's no response. Relocating of office can't even reply to customers email? How efficient!
Anyway, I am rather disappointed with the service and the quality of the dresses. They were all overpriced and the quality was very poor.

Clothes are comfy. Wanted to leave a review for staff Sarah, she was very friendly and was a great help. I also noticed that she diligently sanitizes the fitting room after a customer used it. Keep up the good work and service! :)

No flexibility in company’s policy to try and assist customer. first time purchasing from this brand and had an unpleasant experience. will re consider about purchasing from this brand again

Decided to bought online after bought 1 time from physical store. Dress arrived with tag mentioned as S while the real dress size was XS. (My initial order was S) contacted customer service through email and they apologised for the error and agreed for my exchange request. They offered to either exchange in store or 1 to 1 delivery. Since considering my place is quite distance to physical store, had opt for delivery by sending return dress and requested Fayth to re-send correct size.
They replied to re-sent without waiting for my return dress. Problem resolved , thanks for the cooperation 🙂
Advices for new buyer:
1. Many of their collections may not availabe in physical store but you can purchase through online with risk returning dress 🤞their dress quality quite good and acceptable price
2. To check when items arrived since I have learnt the tag and dress may have different size, as a human being, human error can be expected.

Went down to their ps shop on 3 feb and it was closed with no notifications to customers in social media abt it. Msg them in ig on this and they only read without reply. Super bad CS not to mention their bad refund policy and super not accurate sizing. They should state clearer if material is stretchy for ptp and waist especially so customers can buy the correct size.

Possibly one of the worst quality to price ratio for clothes I've purchased thus far. The quality of the clothes isn't worth the price. Would advice not to purchase.
First purchase, material wasn't of great quality and furred after 1 wear.
A few years later, decided to give them another chance and the zip spoilt after one wear.
Their staff have kindly advised that it is no longer their responsibility once you've purchased their item despite the problems stemming from subpar quality used.

Saw their website and thought a good choice for party dress. I took my daughter went on to check out the Plaza Sing store for the first time. There were 3 ladies staff in the shop and I honestly wish they were more welcoming and motivated in making a sale. Because it is an impt event for my daughter we took a while with the selection. The dress that we pick didnt have a fresh one so I have requested the shop to check with their other outlet as the system showed limited pcs available. Before we head down to citylink, I requested if she could call their partners to double confirm new pc available. I said its not a sale item (Dress priced $62.90)so I wish to have a new pc. She refused to call and advise its not their policy to do so and you have to make a trip to check out there. Fine, we left the shop and head to citylink to my horror limited pc means a display one too! The sales girl asked are you the customer at Plaza Sing earlier? I replied yes!!! That said, if Plaza Sing bother to call Citylink then why cant they just be a little bit more helpful to ask you have a new pc there? My customer wants to go over now. Totally disgusted by the service provided. Not nice! So again head back to Plaza Sing to finally bought the $62.90 display dress which is abit better in terms of QC. Not a good experience. To add on, system shld state last pc and not limited pcs available! I dont think I will buy from them again :(
