I recently made my first purchase at Fayth and was impressed by the excellent workmanship and quality of their clothes. The designs are stylish, and the attention to detail is evident in every piece. This is definitely a store that offers high-quality fashion. However, my experience was somewhat marred by the customer service. The staff member who assisted me seemed very reserved, and her body language made me feel unwelcome. It wasn’t that I had a negative encounter with her; rather, it was her lack of engagement. When I walked in around 7ish in the evening, a simple greeting or a “welcome” would have made a significant difference. Instead, I felt as though I might be troubling her, perhaps because she wanted to go home early. I believe the owner should consider providing additional training for their staff on how to engage with customers effectively. Friendly and approachable staff can significantly enhance the shopping experience. Overall, while Fayth offers great clothing, improving customer interaction would make the shopping experience even better.
