Very disappointed with the sad path that FTO is going. I recently bought 5 items from them online and the difference in quality is astounding. One of the dress’s pocket had a big hole, and the inner lining is obviously of low quality and only covers the chest. For what they are charging, I would expect the inner lining to at least go down the entire length of the dress. The jeans were also very scratchy and quality felt like $10 pants from Bangkok. If you want to buy clothes that last, please shop somewhere else. I’m very sad because I still wear one of the pants (with Runway Bandits label) I bought a long time ago. Please improve the quality!!!
EDIT: After posting this review, the FTO team identified my order and emailed me. They initiated a return and successfully refunded me (in store credits) for the dress with a hole in the pocket. They were also prompt in their email replies. Due to this, I have amended my rating from 2 stars to 3 stars.

Went to the shop earlier the day, the staffs were too rude, but one of them is slightly better, the one with specs is way too ridiculous. the management is stupid and the policy is ridiculous and inflexible because i am going overseas and could not find an item to exchange, POLITEY ask if can extend the exchange date but was rejected and was thrown by all the RULES. The management seriously need to change before their shop close down with the number of 1 star review.

Rubbish. I bought pants, tried it in store. Next day wore it and ready to head out from home. It felt slightly tigher because I believe it was because new piece and not the display piece. The pants torn so easily when I put on my shoes even before I headed out! I came back today only to find the measurement is smaller than the display piece. The customer service is non existent and no flexibility at all. I know the tag isnt there anymore but isn't that measurement difference is a defect? Hence it tore out! No replacement was given, not even the display piece that I originally tried on.
Goodluck. No more for me. I'd rather stay with other well known local brand with better quality and service.

Recently I was at Plaza SG n came across From There On. Nice simple design n price reasonable.
However the service is very BAD. The service staff not friendly n helpful. So i just buy 1pc cos i cant get help from the staff. In addition i saw another pc without my color and get thestaff to order on line but was turn down.
I was at another store and ended up buying a few pieces cos of the good service despite of higher price. I enjoyed shopping experience.with nice approachable service staff.They have run out of colr n i get them to order on line n they supported n was deliver dto my house within 3 days.
FTOyou have to improve your customer service.

Horrible after sales return policy which i had given feedback since day 1. If you are thinking of buying online, DONT. If you want to return the item, you will need to mail it to their warehouse. They do NOT allow return at store, unlike all the other local brands.
My latest encounter was this week. Had ordered a dress & a pair of pants online after trying them at the retail shop. To my great disappointment, they didnt fit as well as the ones that i tried at the shop. This means their production sizing is inconsistent, or of poor quality control.
I wrote telling them i would bring the clothes back to the shop for return. And their reply was that i had to take measurements of the clothing, snap a pic to show them that the measurements deviate greatly from the sizing table, then they will arrange for courier to pick up the items. I replied again, offering to bring the clothes to the shop for return, and they insisted on measuring them. How ridiculous is their customer service & return policy.
AVOID buying online if you think you might need to return.

I have my fair share of experience at the Plaza Sing outlet reaffirms concerns about the customer service standards. The staff appeared disinterested. For context, it was only me and the other lady at the store during my visit. No one assisted me but I still bought the item because I really like FTO minimalist design. The Indian staff feels like she does not even want to be there.
Poor customer service seems to be a recurring issue at this store. Hope you improve your service.

The customer service standard varies according to who are on duty. In general the vibe is not welcoming at all.
But they are better when you showed interest in getting the items.
Bought 3 pieces from here despite seeing that the display pieces on racks are pilling.
I’m crying now cause the clothes are damaged after my first wash, despite putting in the laundry bag for washing.
And my husband thought the clothes were $10 a piece when I complained to him.

Bought a defective shorts at $40 with no compensation. Initially when I brought the item to shop, saleslady informed there’s stocks in Tampines branch but did nothing to help reserve a piece for me. No response from office until I emailed to office to query on updates. Was offered a display piece from Tampines for exchange. But there’s discoloration on the display piece so ended up with defective shorts in the end cos I’m very skeptical about their quality and I don’t want to end up buying more with the refunded credits. From there on, I’m skipping this shop.

I’m really disappointed with the return policy. Why aren’t we allowed to return products by mail? Instead, we’re forced to go to the store in person, and we only get a one-time exchange within 7 days. Aren’t the products in the store your products too? It’s frustrating and inconvenient, especially for those of us with busy schedules. I expect more flexibility from a store of this caliber.

Service levels are ok compared to what I read in the other reviews. Went on a weekend and they were quite helpful with promos and try ons. Only issue was that the clothes all fur really easy. The new piece brought out had furrings, and the display piece was worst. Don’t think polyester is meant to be like that. Sewing is quite tight knitted but a few weird overlapping threads here and there. Chose to accept the new piece with the weird sewing and mild furring cos I really wanted the item. The display piece had a lot worst furring. Really not sure why a material like this would fur. Hopefully the company can look into better QC for products.

The attitude of the sales staff here is truly disappointing..especially the one with heavy makeup who was helping customers to check stock (not the cashier with glasses though her attitude could also use some improvement). While I was lining up at the cashier this staff member approached me and curtly asked, “You want these two, is it?” in a rude and dismissive tone. Excuse me? I am a paying customer and a loyal member of this brand for years. I don’t think I or anyone else for that matter deserves to be treated like that.
If she couldn’t handle the pressure of a busy sales day then she shouldn’t be taking it out on innocent customers like me. When she returned with a new piece she placed it on the counter instead of handing it to me properly oh and bluntly informed me that one of the pieces I chose was the last one before walking away without so much as a polite gesture.
It is incredibly frustrating to encounter staff who seem to care more about collecting their paycheck than providing decent service. Please hire people who are suited for the job and understand the importance of customer service. I won’t be stepping into your PS store again after this dreadful experience. What a letdown.
