I visited on 23 Nov 2023 and had an excellent experience thanks to May Tang. I needed a black shirt for work in a hurry, and May not only swiftly assisted me in choosing the right one but also went above and beyond by offering to iron it on the spot. Her knowledge about fabrics was impressive, and despite my indecisiveness, she remained patient and helpful throughout. I truly appreciate May’s exceptional service – thank you! :)

Her service was the worst who Siew Hong. My husband went to buy a suit for the first time. My husband chose the shirt he wanted and tried it on and ask her for the size because it was small. I greeted her brightly, but she was expressionless and didn't want to help, so I show her the shirts and asked her is this had a bigger size? and she asked what size my husband is wearing then we don't know what size it so I asked her if it had a little bigger size than this. She reluctantly went to the shirt and gave us a half-sized bigger one. After that, my husband tried to look at the pants, but he didn't know the size because it was his first time buy suit pants, so my husband asked her if he could check the waist size, but she aswered back to hime ' why need to check the waist?' She replied rudely. Of course, we want to buy pants that's why we asked. Even this shop don't have measurement sevice she should say " Sorry, we don't have measurement service but I recommend it this size based on your body type." This is what I think the clothes shop customer SOP! Siew Hong shouldn't respond like this. It was my first time buying a suit and we had a bad experience with her that I will never forget again. The other sales person so kind so everyone waiting her for assist them. Now I know why nobody ask help to Siew Hong. I hope she get training for more better servie.

Purchased a full suit for my teenage son today. Nadia & Gerlynn (I hope i get the spelling right) were totally amazing! They made the whole selection process so enjoyable. As this was my son's 1st suit, he was very well taken by the professionalism & warmness of the team! Will definitely visit again for future suits!

Horrible experience trying to use a DBS voucher for purchase. Staff confused on the validity of the voucher / procedure. Terrible attitude.
I am sure there are better G2000 outlets in Singapore than this.

The elderly woman who was at work was damn rude when serving me. She was serving expats with glee BUT when it's my turn to be served. She maligned that I have confused her with my requests. Is this kind of subpar level service when serving expats vs singaporeans? Disgusted by your poor customer service that is being rendered. Spoilt my shopping experience and end up not buying from g2000.

Fantastic service! Special shout out to Kelvin, the store manager. Very friendly and attentive. Not pushy at all. Awesome customer service and indept product knowledge. He even offered to steam iron the top I bought when I told him that I needed to wear it the next day. Will definitely visit again when I need to get any more clothes.
