Today is launching of the new ooLong tea collaboration between tomspalette and gong cha. When i approach the plaza sing gong cha at 12am, the guy told me they have the ice cream but dont know how to make the drink. Need wait for her manager come at 2pm... I wish management can improve on this by make the new launch drink available in the stated date.

Bad service on 20/3/21 3-4pm. Told the staff there's no paper at the kiosk terminal and she just show me an attitude like what can she do and ignore me, continue to take order at the counter. Kiosk terminal with with no sugar level to select. Really disappointed with the service compare to previous gong cha.

Great service from Gong Cha staff at Plaza Singapura today (8/8/2021) at around 3.35pm. Courteous & friendly. Thank you for the excellent service. Feedback about the pearls - a bit too soft and no chewy feel. Maybe Management need to relook into pearls ingredients? Thanks

Came on a busy Sunday afternoon. Crews (2 of them) were definitely overwhelmed. While self service kiosks are available, crowd control was inadequate. Queues were scattered all over. My milk foam brown sugar oolong has got wintermelon taste.

10/10 - love a taste of Gong cha. 7/10 - Staffs look like new staff, not look professional. 6/10 - It is just a take away spot, no table to sit.

Been here 4 times. Everytime I order milk tea with 50% sugar and they all taste like water, they don't even have the flavor of tea. On the 4th time I ordered a 0% too as an experiment and taste the SAME like the 50% one. Only time I'm happy with Gongcha is when I go to the Takashimaya outlet. This place is bad.

18Dec2020@2045 Plaza Singapura Guy staffs with pleasant disposition. Brown Sugar Pearl Fresh Milk @$4.60 tastes better than that of $4.50 Each-A-Cup. However wonder why the black pearls seem smaller and are soft. Packed home the Roselle in a cooler bag (Hibiscus drink on offer @$2.50) and staff replied, yes they can do less than 25% sugar, tastes good.

Visited Gong Cha again after a long time and ordered the most basic of basic milk tea with pearls as I had a voucher so this cost me 99c. Still as good as I had remembered. A bubble milk tea that cannot go wrong, though there seem to be a lot of ice in my cup. Forgot if this is a norm. Staff is efficient. My cup got served up pretty quickly.

bought some drinks sometime last week and just couldn't forget the service at Gong Cha plaza sing. I believe the person who served me was Nurul??Not sure but she took my order and was very very very very patient with me as i was indecisive .She even recommended me some drinks (love them! Great taste!)Fella deserve a raise or praise of some sort. Very pretty too >.<
