Try to buy a cleanser which i used before but cannot rmb the name so decided to try smth new. 2 of your staff member. 1 hiding in a corner the other attended to me. The one attended to me have an attitude when I asked what's the difference between the 4 cleansers available. She seems very annoyed. That ruined my experience and it's my first time visiting this outlet

Products obviously good, without a doubt. SERVICE WISE.. PLEASE SEND THEM FOR TRAINING. they eye you like a hawk and treat you as if you are going to steal items. It's freaking ANNOYING and uncomfortable, and when I look back at them, they give a fake smile. BACK OFF! Please find out who the 2 ladies are that afternoon, and send them for training. Date visited store: 29 April 2021 Timing is visited: from around 4.30pm-5.10pm

I like the products. But when it came to the customer service, I don't feel that the sales personnel was willing to help me. It made me question if it was the way I dressed that I did not seem to be the type to who would want to buy. In comparison, the same sales personnel attended another lady in a different fashion. I still end up buying what I want because the product is good. I was just not impressed by the service here.

The staff were very friendly, patient, and accommodating! You can ask them for opinions and recommendations for products that will suit your needs! I really appreciate the option of carrying a tag that either states you want assistance or do not need assistance so you can better customise your shopping experience or just not have anyone talk to you if you don't want it. I love the products here, I recently got hooked and have been enjoying their items since. Innisfree products are good if you're into (or want to get into) K Beauty. I love that they use natural ingredients sourced from Jeju, and my skin has improved since I started using their masks.

Great place with alot of Facial, skin and body products, Staff here are not the nicest but can get what you want. I do hope in the near future they can have a facial bar or eyebrown bar for consumers. Hahah
