Decided to come here as I had signed a package in Tiong Bahru. Was served by two Vietnamese and through out the session, both were trying to cross sell me with fungal treatment. It cost $188 per nail! It’s ridiculously expensive. Upon rejecting her she tried again by giving me a special price of 1 for 1. Rejected her again. Subsequently, she said I pay $250 for three nails. I still rejected as I felt pressured. Upon finishing, the lady tried again asking me to buy $1200 package and to buy the fungal lotion which is above $100. It’s kinda scary as I tend to support staff as much but the cost was ridiculous and I told self not to come back again.

Kinda disappointed that the soak-off service after gel manicure was really bad and they are okay with customer walking out from shop with this kind of nails. Two stars given because the gel manicure I got 3 weeks ago was okay, it’s just the soak off process today was really bad. Was it because I did not signup for their packages? Or was it because it’s a KrisFlyer app exclusive deal that they didn’t bother to care about? And yet still have the audacity to ask me sign up for their membership after this kind of service. It’s such a turnoff… Thanks for this unique experience. Edit after shop’s reply: The photos were taken like 20 minutes after leaving the shop. Y’all may be wondering why i did not voice out when i step out from the shop? The manicurist was rubbing oil on my nails while telling me it was done, and I have another appt coming up so without further checking i just left. I only realised how ridiculously bad it was when i washed my hands and the oil came off, my nails were totally chipped and so badly treated, I had to go home and cut short my nails.

I am visiting Singapore, my daughter wanted to have nails done. So I thought let her nails done. While I was waiting with her, staff asked me why don't you have manicure done as well. I thought never mind, I am on holiday so let's go for it. But, where I founds things are wrong where staff continuously asking you why don't you do your pedicure as well. On top of that they will ask again, repeatedly offering services which you are not interested. Pedicure was OK, but manicure job was not done nicely. Nail paint came off in three days. It's better if they give choice to the customer and let customer decide what they want. Thank you.

I’ve been a regular customer and currently have a package with this salon, but unfortunately, the service has been getting worse over time. My recent manicure was poorly done — uneven nail shapes, rough cuticles, and polish that chipped just days after the session. What’s even more frustrating is the constant hard selling from the staff. Despite already having a package, I’m repeatedly pressured to purchase add-ons or upgrade services I don’t need. It’s uncomfortable and takes away from what should be a relaxing experience. I signed up for the package expecting consistent quality and professionalism, but the standard has clearly dropped. I hope the management addresses this before more loyal customers start looking elsewhere.

Finally found a salon in Singapore 🇸🇬 that does proper deep cleaning for manicure and pedicure — not the usual basic service most other places offer. (Joanna) did my hands and she was really sweet and gentle. (Fiona💕)handled my feet and honestly did an impressive job — she removed so much dead skin, I left feeling super refreshed. the biggest credit goes to her, she is honestly the best! 💯 Happy to have found this place!

Had a disappointing experience. Went in for a pedicure ($38++) From the start, I was constantly upsold — soak ($12++), gel ($88++), fungus treatment ($128++), callus treatment, and even a $380++ package, despite saying no multiple times. I was told I had toenail fungus based on yellowing from old polish, which felt like fear-mongering. Agreed to a $5 quick dry, but polish smudged even after nail tech's assurance it would be fine. When I asked to remove the polish, they still tried to upsell me again pushing me to do gel and offering to get a discount for the gel if I purchase the package. Even as I was walking out of the shop with no colour on my toes and a bleeding toe (due to me slipping due to the cuticle oil and hitting the shower head at the foot basin – the nail tech commented it is due to my skin being too thin?), she once again pushed me to get a package while I was making payment and still paying for the extra $5 for quick dry that was ineffective. The pressure to buy was excessive, making it a stressful, uncomfortable visit instead of a relaxing one. Would not recommend.

Sorry, I have to leave a bad review. The staff was nice, but perhaps she needed more training. I don’t think the workmanship was worth the $117 I paid. I opted for a gel manicure, which was supposed to be $68—around $70+ after GST. Then she said I needed a “strengthening nail treatment,” which turned out to be just one-two coats of something that didn’t have any luxurious element to it. Was charged an extra $38 just for those one-two coats. After that, there was the hard selling but the staff was not very pushy which was ok. My nails were also cut too short, and now that I’ve had time to look at the final result, they look bloated maybe due to how much gel was painted on, I am not sure but you can see from the photos. I’ve had short nails done before and they never looked like this. I really should’ve waited and gone to my usual nail salon. To be honest, I’ve never really had to pay this much for a full gel manicure—even the best ones I’ve had didn’t cost $117. I’m generally a nice person and I don’t like making people’s lives in retail difficult, so I didn’t say anything during the whole session and remained respectful. But I walked away feeling really disappointed especially knowing I was charged almost double the price. Tbh, I don’t mind paying for a good manicure but there was zero luxury to the whole experience. I am not sure if this incident is just bad timing but I don’t think I’ll be coming back to do the removal although I was assured it will be FOC. Definitely won’t be coming back especially at this price point. The service felt like something I’d get in Bugis, and honestly, I’ve had better nails done at a Bugis salon. Even the massage was underwhelming. I’ve had a $38 express gel manicure at my regular place that had way better workmanship. This just wasn’t what I expected at all. 😭 😭😭😭😭

Service really poor ever since the change of store manager in 2024. They left me with my feet soaking in water for 45min, no one came to check on me at all. I gave up. The last time I was here, the store manager was herself getting the best comprehensive pedicure- her staff was busy servicing her and was still doing so, even throughout the time I started and finished my pedicure. Makes me wonder how customer service is prioritised by this manager. Not gonna come back!

Too much hard selling that it became a huge turn-off for me during my last visit. I was obviously busy on my phone, but the Viet therapist kept talking to me. Even after shoving her with a 1-word answer, she persisted. Worse, she tried to sell me almost everything and anything she had in the shop. I was just trying to get a peaceful session of pedicure done, but she tried selling me soaks, fungal treatment, lotion, spray, more callus remover sessions even though I recently bought and still have enough, etc… the selling continued from the time I sat down till I was at the counter signing off. It was so distasteful! Additionally, she was pretty rough with handling my nails that it even hurt at one point. Yet, she tried selling me more services. Why would I buy anything from her? Finally, when her next customer came, she got me to move to another chair even though my nails were just painted and not yet dry. I had to walk barefooted, stepping on the dirty floor, to the chair near the counter. That was simply the most horrible experience ever. I’ve done my nails for decades at other places and was never treated this way. 2 other customers during my time there were treated the same way. How is this right? 2 stars given as the shop uses reputable products and frankly, the therapists were not rude. But the overall experience there was not up to mark.
