I had a great experience at this Lego branch. I had placed an online order for store colkection . One of the items were out of stock and had to be supplied from another store in Singapore. I expressed the need for a pickup by certain day because of an emergency. The super kind, empathetic and efficient employee, Alice, went all the way to help arrange the pickup promptly and inform me in advance so that I wouldnt be disappointed. Very professional and genuine! Thank you Alice and Lego for a great patron experience! šš

Recently visited the lego store at plaza singapura. The staffs there are friendly and helpful. I needed help looking for a set to buy for my colleague and a staff name Asyura came to help and recommended me some sets. I even ended up buying a set for myself too.

Was told by the cashier that there was still a CNY dragon GWP if I bought something else to make the shortfall so I said āok, hold on, Iād take something from the shelf to add on to my 2 sets at the counterāā¦ yet by the time I did circle back, she told me that I was too late because she had decided to give the last set to the next customer. Ahā¦ there was service recovery carried out by another staff member who then offered me the V Day Teddy bear GWP which was not what I had initially wanted. Nevertheless, I appreciated the gesture and walked out of the store with purchases amounting to more than $300 and two of the same GWP, no less. Iām also grateful that the customer service personnel contacted me to rectify the situation.

I've purchased pick a brick many times and brought my own cup many times too. Today I was told by the employee (malay lady) that next time I have to "prove" to her first that I brought my own cup. Weird that I've never been asked to do that in any other outlets.

Been to this store alot of times. The staffs there are very friendly & willing to offer help to us. Cheers to the whole team for their service everytime !!

06/04/23 (time: 15:41), my family went to Plaza Singapura purchase lego 77012 & build a minifigures. After we have finished our build & I making my payment. Malay lady staff said, we need to purchase the plastic package then can get the lego minifigures, I told her last time I used to bring the plastic package & your other staff told me no longer needed the plastic package & will deduct $1.00 off even without the plastic package, so I have thrown away to recycled bin. She refused to believe it. I told her to check with HQ, she said after I left, she will check with HQ. I told her, why canāt you check now, then she called without reply to me. I shared my problem to another Chinese male staff, he told me to show him the prove, I used to have the plastic package. How to I shown him the proved, I have already thrown the plastic packed to recycled bin. All your staff refused to help me & let my family wait. We were very disappointed to their service, we left. How can it be so double standard! We hope they can know their product well & can serve customer better!
