We bought a water heater with this company. The sales lady seems nice and helpful at first. She said they will do installation in the following week. But they didn't give us any updates after we made the payment. I have called 3 times, but customer service alwways said some one will contact me later, and I have to wait and wait.... We had to bath in cold water for the whole week. In summary, this is not a trustful company. Don't buy anything from them I should look at the past reviews, and re-think my decision. Worst ever experience

Salesman came knocking on my door and promote changing to gas heater. View my house and everything is good on installation. Told me my service yard installer will create additional socket point as current only have 1. Fix appointment on 25th jun. Installer informed will be late. Ok fine with it. Did a lot of work and didn't even perform basic clean up. I had to spend 1.5hr to clean up the whole house. Debris and dust everywhere. Even throw nails into my toilet bowl. And the worst part. They just provide multi plug and just settled it. The contractor they consign really lousy to the max. I paid money for the installation and it is not free !! If want to engage them, either you eyeball and nag them or you go find other reliable contractor. In short, they just want to faster finish the job and pack up go home. They don't care what happen to your house during installation.

I was looking for a replacement Rinnai outdoor water heater. Spoke with Ms Saras on the phone. She suggested perhaps I would like to pop by the City Energy outlet for a good look. She was very patient in her explanations and well versed in the product information. She provided me a good price for the japan-made product. The deal was closed in a very welcoming environment. Thank you Saras for the pleasant disposition and all the good information. Keep up the good work.

Went into the store & was greeted by Ramuna. She was very knowledgeable about the products and advised/answered all our questions professionally. We wanted to get the gas dryer. The start to end process was smooth. The contractor that came to our house to install the pipings & dryer were punctual & super friendly as well. I’ve used the dryer twice after the installation 2 days ago & seems like everything is going well. Thank you Ramuna for all your help. From introducing us the gas dryer to getting the best rebates we can get!

Horrible after-sales service, bought a heater and dryer here is my experience 1. Don't have a very clear guideline on how to arrange onsite appointments, can only rely on sales but the salesperson is not responsive and in the end I contact the onsite team admin directly. 2. Contact the onsite team admin to arrange onsite job but not responsive. 3. Onsite team admin wasn't aware the product details and in the end delivered wrong product (luckily this was rectified on the same week). 4. Wasn't informed to buy an exhaust hose for the dryer first on the day of purchasing the dryer, the salesperson was very aware that I needed that hose. 5. Contact sales and was told that exhaust hose stock should arrive the following week and would contact me when it arrived, In the end went on AL and asked me to check myself instead. 6. No direct line to the shop to check stock status, have to call the customer service hotline, and the hotline pass to Plaza Sing shop, only then shop will call you, not sure how long it will take and in the end I went to the shop. 7. Went to the shop another salesperson told me that I have to wait for 2 months and asked why would I install the dryer in the cabinet, isn't that what the exhaust hose is supposed to do? to let the hot air out? Plus the display unit in the showroom is also in cabinet, which is exactly what my dryer setup looks like. follow up: raised the rating to 2 stars, as the team took this case seriously after seeing this review, kiv. Final review: issue rectified, service to he improved and can be a lot more proactive, good product anyway

Dear City Gas Team, I would like express my dissatisfaction with the gas pipe installation service scheduled for 9 May 2025. Our original appointment was confirmed for 1:30–3:30 PM, but we were contacted just a day before and asked to shift the timing earlier to 10:30 AM–12:30 PM. Despite the short notice and our tight schedules, we agreed to the revised timing. However, on 9 May at 10:30 AM, my husband and I arrived at our new place for the appointment, only to find that the installation technician had not shown up. After waiting for 15 minutes, we called your line at 6759 4863. A staff member answered and assured us that the technician would arrive shortly. After waiting another 30 minutes, we called again at 11:00 AM, and were told the matter would be checked and someone would follow up. Unfortunately, no one got back to us, and by 11:30 AM, we were still left waiting without any updates. Both my husband and I had taken half-day morning leave from work specifically for this installation. It was extremely frustrating to wait aimlessly with no communication or accountability from your team. This level of service is unacceptable, and I urge you to look into the matter seriously. We hope to receive a proper explanation and a service recovery!

The experience with City Energy was very good. Desmond who helped to co-ordinate with the sales team did an excellent job to help match the date and time for the installation of the stove I bought. He is an exemplary example of good service, listening to what the customer’s need and helping to solve my constraints for the installation due my work constraints. Keep it up!!
