Too bad cant give zero stars. The worst shopping experience ever. Owner not helpful at all and his face constantly black. Look like got people owe him money sia. Customer come in buy your things. Not come in borrow money from you. Smile abit la. I passby your shop so many days in a row. Everyday also black.
You overprice all your figures already one thing. And your service like this? I think close shop better dont do business. Customers have a hard time approaching you to enquire regarding anything.

I'm probably one of the few here who gives them more than 1 star!
Admittedly, I've purchased from this store a number of times. Of course, this also means you need to be very forgiving as a customer. The 'boss' (yes, white hair 'old' man) stationed there regularly has his mood swings. There were rare moments (1/5 times?) where he was friendly and even chatty, and would tell you more about a certain product. On others, you would count yourself lucky it he weren't rude and patronising (how ironic!).
The most recent buying experience was such that when I asked to pay using Pay Wave, he didn't reply to say that the option was unavailable and just signalled to me for my card, plugged it into the NETs machine and placed it haughtily on the counter for me to enter my PIN. Afterwards, he slipped the receipt of my purchase into the plastic bag without even notifying me. When asked if the receipt was given, he simply gestured at the bag I was carrying. Maybe he was having a 'diva-ish' mood at that moment? One could only fathom who or what ruffled his feathers. I can only say that I'm there to buy stuff, not watch a prima donna pantomime that I didn't pay for!
Also admittedly, the shop is well stocked and the stocks are varied. If you don't mind a high-handed mark-up on more conventional products in the store, and are ready to stomach some very erratic (and sometimes toxic) customer service, you are welcomed to purchase from them anytime. It's a prime location, and they close at a decent time. Perhaps these are the 'redeeming' factors for the second star given.

The reason I have this place a two stars is because
1. the old man was REALLY grumpy he kept staring at you like you were going to steal something.
2.The items were incredible overpriced if you are a foreigner don't make the same mistake as me and get familiar with the currency.
3.There was one positive thing the collection was giant he had a wide range of different action figures.

Staff was rude to us when we came in and while we’re there. Was looking for Tamashii Nations Star Wars during that time and the rude guy at the counter was very judgy as if we can’t pay for the toys. We decided to buy on the shop next to it instead since their toys are way overpriced anyway.
I’m not planning on giving even a single star for this shop. Very disappointed 😞

Crazy overpriced, that is also why you can find a lot of toys there because locals know the market and won't buy there. They mostly do foreigners business (like a tourist trap).
If not mistaken, the shop next door (Toy Closet) own by the same group of people. The way they wrapped the toys and price tags are the same. I even saw the staff/owner walked into the other shop and sat on the cashier area.
Their service is horrid too, I remember asking if they have one of an old release figure, the old dude just shook his head and say 'no'.
Wonder how did they lasts this long with the expensive rentals and such low quality service.

If I could give Zero stars, I would. Both of the shop owners stare at me everytime I touch a figure like Im going to steal it. I cant even take any photos. Never come to here, Ive came here about 3-4 times and this White haired old hag stared at me rudely as i left the store. Thats the first reason to not come here. Second thing, the figures are ridiculously expensive, you can get them on Amiami for like 60sgd and they sell it here for 100+ I saw a mafex iron man that was 260 at this store, nearby, there is a otaku house, I went there and i saw the exact same iron man for 175. Literally can save 150$. One figure stand from Bandai for 20$ is just insane. If you come here, I bet you would walk out empty handed. Buy from Amazon or find one from carousell better. This shop said they will restock in 1 week time, next week I come not here, then they said wait one week again. This store has two rude old geezers that dont deserve any customers. NEVER COME HERE

This shop carry a wide range of figurines. Whenever I'm in the area, I will definitely pop by. A lot of reviews saying the owners are not friendly, I personally never encounter that before. Sometimes I never buy anything, they never show me any black or grumpy face. I bought a couple of items with them before and their service is always pleasant.

The 4 star is the sum of:
1. a 5 star for collection;
2. a 4 star for customer service; and
3. a 3 star for the inflated price.
Went there a few times and the collection is just great, especially if you’re looking for newer collections.
But as other reviewers mentioned in this section, the customer service can be upped even more. Only received one decent service where the attendant gave me a new box instead of on the shelf one.
Updated per 7 May 2024: looked for a newly released figure but wasn’t ready stocked. The owner went out of his way to give his number for me to follow up, which I did. I think the service has greatly increased from days gone by!

I dont really get why people give this place a low rating. I mean sure the prices can be a bit overpriced but the owners are really nice? When I went there, a bag I had already bought kept beeping their securtiy scanner and they offered to remove the price tag which (I really dont know why it was beeping even though payed for it) And they just mind their own business. They dont stare at you or anything and their very helpful. They also are really polite and diligent. To those who experinced a bad time, maybe try going there again.

Whenever I want purchase import figures, i always head here. Saw some of the reviews said that the uncle was rude or what not but i have never experienced that. they are always friendly and always would check the box and if theres any damages, they would go and try to find another one to ensure that the box quality was there.
