Watch is only 1yo. Intermittently unable to receive GPS. Finally progressed to can't receive at all.
After checking, the technician said corrosion and quoted $500 plus to repair. I asked why/how could it get corroded when I'm supposed to be able to swim, run and do sports with the watch. The service guy said you can only swim in fresh water, not chlorinated water. I asked him, 'swim in bathtub huh?'.
Samsung products are getting worst. Not usable. Not practical. Doesn't deliver as marketed. The last experience was the phone having a green line after software updates. Again, no convincing reasons given, and they just expect you to buy a new one.
This is definitely my 1st and last watch. Slowly migrating away from Samsung. Np longer a trusted brand but one that treats you like a fool.

Would love a -5 star. Samsung Service Centre at Plaza Singapura is where customer service gets an A. Special shout-out to Vicky Chong, who managed to turn a basic warranty inquiry into a masterclass in condescension and unhelpfulness.
I brought in my Galaxy Watch 6 because the touch screen wasn't working. Thought a service centre would want to help. Vicky asked what happened, did a test and say "ya got issues", checked her computer and said, "warranty over." Asked her when it expired, she said awhile back. I asked how long is warranty. She mentioned a year. But the expiry was July 2024 when I bought in December 2023? Then she offered - warranty was based on the production date, unless I had a receipt. Not the purchase date, mind you - production date. Because clearly, we all buy our electronics off the assembly line.
So I told her, I am very certain I got it in December 2023. All she wanted was to brush me off saying expired, expired, expired. I hope her customer service gets fresh though.
Finally, she asked if I have the receipt. When I showed her my receipt (like a magician revealing the final trick), she still seemed more focused on dismissing my concerns than resolving anything. I asked a simple question — do you calculate warranty by purchase or production? She answered like a broken record stuck on “production date unless got receipt.” Inspiring stuff.
Also brought up multiple reports online about Galaxy Watch 6 touch screen issues. Her response? "Samsung never say." Apparently Reddit, tech forums, and customer feedback don't count unless Samsung personally notarises it. Seems like Samsung runs away from issues or just doesnt bother checking what's happening in the outside world.
Expired warranty? No issues. If you enjoy feeling like a nuisance instead of a customer, ask for Vicky. She’ll give you the full Samsung stonewall experience — no charge and it's as fresh as it gets, no expiry!

Left me speechless of the service such big company provides. Called the service hotline to check where to get the tv wall mount bracket, told me to head to service center, then I went down to the service center and the person just told me, ‘no we don’t sell bracket, we only sell remote control’ and ask me to go for third party like best denki, I went to best denki, and the person told me ‘we don’t sell, must go to samsung service centre’. Btw, your website did indicate that the stock is available from best denki which in actual fact it is not after wasting so much time. What a horrible service.

avoid at all cost.
my zflip 6 phone monitor went off by itself after less than 1 year of usage. sent in for repair as im samsung member + (paid extra for the warranty) and told the staff multiple times that I haven't backed up my data due to sudden failure of the touchscreen, IF ERASE OF DATA IS NEEDED FOR REPAIR PLEASE KINDLY INFORM ME FIRST AND DO NOT PROCEED WITH THE REPAIR. the staff confirmed and took in my phone. I have told her that if erase of data is needed, I need to find ways to back up my data first.
next day when I went to collect my phone, they just informed me that all my data is erased. full stop. they needed to do that for the repair. manager did apologized but no concrete solution can be provided to retrieve my photos and videos for past 5 years. all those stored memories of my son growing up is literally gone now. this is very very heartbroken.
totally, totally unacceptable and horrendous way of how they manage things.

Samsung gave me a wrong repair report:
1 It accused me of tampering the device and/or wrong IMEI, even though I only visited their official repair centers. They called me back and said it comes from a template. Great start of a report ...
2 It stated that my cameras were corroded with salt even though they are obviously clear upon submission and collection.
3 It is hard to contact the repair center directly about obvious mistakes in the report. The live chat does not have access to repair documents. Only the email contact worked out, but took days to get a wrong report. They still insist that my cameras are corroded ...
3 They quote repair for a dozen parts which sum up to 1600 sgd even though only one pcb was corroded. Samsung obviously does not want to repair any water ingress.
4 Samsung promised that my phone remains IP67 after the last display repair. My device corroded upon sligthest touch of water (not even submersion).
5 I paid 32 SGD for these unsatisfying results and wasted a week of trying to contact Samsung back.
--> Mistermobile fixed my mainboard for 168 SGD within 24 hrs. No guarantee on IP67 but at least honest. Don't waste your time and money with Samsung repair after water ingression.

Brought in and paid for the $50/-labour charge wth a well known worldwide issue of their samsung phones with green line issue esp after an update their latest software. Upon opening, they claimed it has been tampered with and return back yr phone without any refund nor even give you a free replacement LCD screen (for your own DIY or replacement by other vendors) Samsung is just being very irresponsible and dishonorable in carrying out their business. My family members and many of my friends both local and overseas have similar green/pink lines problem with their Samsung phones. I have also read the blogs of similar unpleasant encounters by others. It has been acknowledged by Samsung themselves(including the Samsung customer service) that it’s a hardware problem. Samsung should follow the lead of honorable and reputable car manufacturers of recalling their cars for free parts replacement when they knew that there is a manufacturing defect in their phones. Not to be so irresponsible and dishonorable of trying to find reasons to disclaim liabilities through no fault of their customers. Enclosed photos of some of my/family members Samsung phones with similar green/pink lines. Therefore would-be buyers Beware of Samsung phones and their service!!Their integrity and honor in conducting their business is lacking. Support other better brands..

1 star for the person answering the phone. He's very patient and maintain his calm. 4 missing stars for Samsung because your 11 years so-called warranty for your washing machine only covers the motor. Not the other internal parts. I do understand if warranties do not cover cosmetic damages but Samsung washing machine warranties only covers the Motor specifically.
Water does not come out of my washing machine which we purchased less than 4 years ago. It's not a blockage and it's not the pipe problem as water can still come out of the hose when unscrewed from the washing machine. So obviously it is the machinism problem inside. How can a warranty only covers a part of the washing machine but not the other INTERNAL PARTS. Was I told when purchasing that it only covers the motor and not the other INTERNAL PARTS? Of course not, nobody would buy it if we were told there are different warranties for different INTERNAL PARTS. You pay 1 warranty for the whole device excluding the cosmetic features.
Very sneaky of you Samsung. Just beware everyone.

Was attended to by Zhong De on 7 May at 6.35pm.
He was unsure how to register the gadget i had brought for repair. Initially he was cordial. Subsequently he got frustrated that his colleague told him the correct procedure was to run a diagnostics before registration of the defective item.
I stood quietly thinking just be patient. Give the new kid a chance to learn.
At 6.58pm, he finally registered my gadget. I asked him how the diagnosis went. He said it couldn't be done. I asked him,"may know why?"
His curt reply was," you don't need to ask why the diagnostics cannot be run."
Please train your staff to have courtesy.

I’ve been a loyal Samsung customer for years, but this experience was a complete letdown. I ordered a phone listed as in stock directly from their online store, expecting reliable delivery. Not only did the phone never arrive, but there was zero apology or meaningful service recovery. Their idea of compensation? A discount on a future purchase. Sorry, but why would I ever trust them again? Absolutely unacceptable.

Aesthetically v pleasing. Staff are friendly and proactive. Thanks for making my first repair experience and collection ALL WITHIN THE SAME DAY so memorable! The two young Indian and Chinese chaps who served me yesterday - keep up the good work and "keep hustling"!

My elderly father-in-law visited the customer service centre (Plaza Singapura) at noon, on June 4, 2025. he had needed help to transfer data from his old Samsung phone to a new one.
Staff member, Ashly, patiently guided him step by step through the process. He appreciated her kind assistance and felt that she had provided quality customer care.

My S10 of 6yrs was left with a faulty touch after a serious drop. I was desperate to retrieve the data. The store CS couldn't help but the manager Miss Agnes is an Angel. She was very patient and sympathetic to my problem. Although there's not much she can do but she provide all available suggestions to me and even gift me an OTP toggle to try access via a mouse. Little touch goes a long way to help a distress customer. Thank you Agnes and pls keep up such good work. Bless you.

The online and SMS queue system is just awesome!! Seamless integration so we don't waste much time waiting at the shop! If our queue is missed, can go back within the hour to "requeue" so we can served shortly.

I accidentally dropped my out-of-warranty phone and ended up with a white mark and screen damage. After comparing quotes from Samsung and several third-party repair shops, I was surprised to find that Samsung was actually more affordable — plus, they use authentic parts, which means my phone’s waterproof IPX rating stays intact, unlike with third-party replacements.
The lady who assisted me was really helpful — she even checked if I had backed up my data to the cloud before sending it in. I dropped off the phone for repair around 7PM on Saturday, and to my surprise, I received an SMS that it was ready for collection on Monday morning!
When I picked it up, they helped me reinsert my SIM card and even informed me that the new screen comes with a 1-month warranty. Overall, I’m really impressed with the speed, quality, and professionalism of the service.
Highly recommended!
