I have been Musee customer at Plaza Singapura outlet and stopped my underarm session for quite awhile. Recently I went back for my session and Teresa attended to me. She was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. As this month was my birthday, she offer me a small part session. Another lady colleague came and was reluctant about the birthday session. I had overheard the small argument, it was not a good experience for today session. Teresa still keeps her professionalism and explain every process clearly during my session.

I had a great experience with Sheryl Choo and Emma at Musee plaza Singapura today after years of sessions. She was so good and so attentive to every customers needs. Thank you so much ! She even serve with me warm water after my session ! ❤️

The service is really dependent on the staff that you get assigned too. I've been through a few but in particular, Maggie stands out for me.
As you can tell from the other reviews as well, Maggie is exceptional with her service. She has a way of making you feel very comfortable with the way she engages and with her bubbly personality. Additionally, she's very respectful of your space during treatment and does not hard sell as well.
Only unfortunate thing is you don't always get assigned to the same staff, which occasionally might result in some uncomfortable experiences.

I recently visited Musee and had a great experience with Maggie Ho. She is friendly yet professional, made me feel at ease throughout the entire experience.
I decided to sign a package not because of the brand or company, but just because I feel comfortable and confident with Maggie. She is approachable and I think it is important to feel relaxed when decided on such intimate services. Highly recommend!

I have been a regular customer of Musee Platinum Plaza Singapura since way before 2021, it's been years. I am happy with the results especially for my underarms and bikini line areas.
During my recent trip to this outlet, Maggie assisted me with my session and it was a pleasant experience overall. She advised me on the procedures before performing the treatment and I was well-informed. She did not rush through the procedures and is very detailed. She's also attentive and keep on making sure that none of the areas hurt while carrying out the procedures.
She really demonstrated her professionalism in her work, she even gave me some after-care tips and I find it really helpful. She also explained some of the other packages without hard-selling them which is a plus point.
Thank you so much for your service and I will definitely return again for more sessions :)
