Sweet potato fries are amazing when served hot. Chicken is good as always although portion sizes seem to vary across outlets. Mac and Cheese was served cold, which was disappointing!

Great choice and can see why this place is always crowded! Good choice of food - coupled with some solid sauces. You can see that the manning of this Nandos is pretty effective, and the tables turn over fast which keeps the seats moving along quickly. Nice ambience, value for money and will be back!

Located on the 4th floor of Plaza Singapura, this dining establishment has been a frequent choice for me over the years.
The chicken size can vary, sometimes being larger and other times smaller. Taste-wise, the chicken remains juicy, including the white meat. However, the flavour itself is not particularly distinctive, though the sauce can add to it.
The ordering process utilizes a QR code. I find the prices to be somewhat high given the quality. The lack of a service charge might explain the occasional inadequate service.
The rice is flavorful, whereas the chips tend to be dry. As I usually stick to a few favourite dishes, my experience with other menu items is limited.
The pitas are decent but can sometimes be overly thin and small. The soup can be too spicy. Sometimes, it's tolerable..
To avoid crowds, it is recommended to dine during less busy hours.
Overall, the experience is satisfactory.

Nando's Review: Consistent Quality Comes at a Price
As usual, my visit to Nando's was a familiar and satisfying experience. Having been a patron countless times, I can confidently say that the quality of their food remains consistently high. The signature Peri-Peri chicken, with its customizable spice levels, never fails to deliver on flavor and tenderness. Whether you opt for the classic quarter chicken or one of their wraps or burgers, you can generally expect a well-prepared and tasty meal.
However, the consistent quality does come with a caveat: the bill tends to be a bit on the expensive side for what is essentially a casual dining experience. While the food is undoubtedly good, the cost can add up, especially for larger groups or when adding sides and drinks.
Despite the slightly higher price point, the reliable taste and the familiar Nando's ambiance keep me coming back. It's a trade-off I'm often willing to make for a guaranteed delicious meal, even if it means a slightly lighter wallet afterwards. If you prioritize consistent food quality and are prepared for a moderately priced bill, Nando's remains a solid choice.

Very value for money, more so considering the nett prices. However, food quality has deteriorated. Only the sauces were delicious.

We had one of the set menus for two people 40 SGD in total with half a chicken, three sides and a kale salad (and two drinks) and it was plenty! The kale salad had a spicy sauce which was too spicy for me. I wish the description in the menu had mentioned that, or I wish they put the sauce on the side instead. The chicken is great. Super juicy and tender, my favourite is the Lemon & Herb version as the rest are too spicy for me - that one is delicious. The wedged fries are also amazing. I've ordered Nandos for takeaway multiple times and it's good - but the fries are much better in store. The restaurant in itself is quite noisy though, full of kids, if that's what you're into

We ordered a platter for two people, which comes with two pieces of chicken, wedges, choice of three sides (we got the salad, sweet potato fries and mac & cheese) and two bottomless drinks.
The four pieces of chicken wings (actually two chicken wings cut in half) was a reward from my last visit.
Feeling hungry, we added another half chicken with a choice of one side (coleslaw).
The ordering and payment was seamless as we scanned the QR code on the table, chose our food and paid with a credit card.
The food here is good but I remember the food tasted better at their Bugis restaurant.

I had good memory of Nando's from many years ago before I left Singapore. The food was good back then. My fiancée and I chace upon the outlet at Plaza Singapura and she too has some good experiences at Nando's before so we gave it another try.
We ordered the 1/4 Chicken with 2 sides (Chargrill veg, Caesar salad) added-on the soup, Cheese Pita, Peri-Honey Yuzu Wings x4, and a Lemon Cooler. The pita, soup and cooler arrived promptly. From the looks of it was not very appetising. We suspect the soup came out of a can and the pita was rather flat and cheese bearly visible. The Wings came and they were tiny. During our dinner, another patron went to the kitchen with the wings and he correctly cited that they look more like drumlettes than wings. The main was respectable and taste was alright.
We were seated near the kitchen area and as the crowd builds up, we noticed plates of food sitting on the kitchen counter and it's filling up the counter. Apparently there were some confusion as to which plate goes to which table. Perhaps the wait staff is new and I certainly hope so.
It wasn't a great dinner experince then again it's more like a fast food place. Well.. I guess we'll have to adjust our previously impression of Nando's from here on.
