It's children's day, bought a money box for my girl and she loved it so much! However, unfortunately, within 2 hours of using/playing with it, she dropped it on the floor and the lock broke.. into pieces! I cannot understand how a $32.95 money box could have such a poor quality lock. In fact, seems like most Smiggle products are of poor quality despite the ridiculously high price! My girl has a wallet which has the velcro for the main secure flap dropped off within 2 weeks of use. And we have about 4 water bottles from Smiggle and 3 of those leak water, 1 broke within 1 mth of use when dropped on the floor. Sigh, I kept telling myself perhaps another product will be better. But I cannot be more amazed at how poor the quality of the products are once again. It will really be the last time I am buying sth from Smiggle. :(

Rude staff!! Visited the store on saturday 22 may evening, got dirty looks from the staff with long braids when I had to take a phone in the store. The same staff was quite rude when I asked for the head-set price. This was observed by another staff who stepped in and provide good information and performed the check-out for me. All this time the staff with long braids pretended to be busy on the console!!

Went to the shop today around 1pm. There are 2 staff there and doing nothing at the counter. Asked them price of 3 items she just said price tag is inside the bag and just walk away. Standing far away with her partner. Another 2 items not bother to tell me the price of it. Plus there are no one is the shop beside me. Just feel they are Not being helpful at all. Bad experience.

The store was crowded due to sales and stock replenishment. Smiggle products as usual are very beautiful and nice. Yanna was busy with stock replenishment. Yet, she was very polite and patient in helping me. Thumbs up for her service and her bright smile. :)

Kids most popular stationary shop.The items are all so eye catching with vibrant colors,great material and quality and smells good too.It is a bit pricey but however, there's always discount or on sale items promotion to watch out for.The year end school holiday promotion is worth the buy.Everytime there will be new items on displayed so kids won't get bored.Every kids will be very excited when they enter the Smiggle shop.The shop in this outlet is quite spacious and tidy.Staffs are nice and helpful too.
