I visited this Samsonite outlet on 13 December at around 4pm and was disappointed with the customer service. Initially, the staff ignored me. When a male sales associate eventually attended to me, his assistance was unhelpful. He focused solely on quoting luggage prices and made no effort to check the stock availability of the item I was interested in, even though he claimed it was available at other outlets. The female sales associate’s behaviour was even more concerning, as she appeared to serve customers selectively. This experience was particularly disappointing, as I have previously had positive interactions with the brand. I hope this outlet improves its staff training and customer service standards to uphold Samsonite's reputation.

When called to enquire about closing time, staff mumbled very specifically that I should turn up 15 mins earlier because they have to start shutting their shop. Fantastic customer experience even before you get there.

I really liked how convenient the shop is located at, given that it's at Plaza Singapura, right smacked in the middle of town. It makes seeing the items a lot easier. Shopkeeper is also pleasant. That said, I realised that I didn't like a single piece of backpack nor luggage bag. Walked in, spent 10mins inside, and left shortly after.

Went into this outlet last week, needed to buy luggage. Was informed to wait, wait already barely any service. Salesperson has nothing informative to provide. So i said fine i will browse, got immediately ignored, sales person didnt even bother to look up. So i went next door to buy, the travel store has 3 super friendly staff, all super knowledgeable, able to provide information. Very patient, showed me a few models. Samsonite may be a good brand but not thatttt good for customer to put up with such attitude. Wrote into customer service also got ignored, high chance buy your luggage got issue also wont be able to find any assistance.

Recently popped in to enquire about large luggage. Mui Ling was the only staff there and was very attentive and informative about the products. Was advised about luggage care, warranty etc. Happy with my purchase, happy with the service. Good job Mui Ling.

Went to the store to find a model of luggage that I was looking for. Unfortunately there wasn’t any in stock at this particular outlet. However, Mui Ling was kind and helpful enough to help me check which outlets still had stocks for it. Managed to get it at another outlet with her help. Appreciate it!

Pleasant experience at the shop! Mui Ling (shop attendant) was really helpful. She was not pushy and gave me space to browse around. She was knowledgeable and gave great advice about the sizing and uses of various luggages, and popular colour options. Even signed me up for a free membership to get $50 off! Bought a Karissa 3 as gift, because it looks chic as a rolling luggage.

Saw that Samsonite had the bag I wanted, and wanted to go down to the outlet to try the fit. Called the shop around 6pm and confirmed that they had it in the colour I wanted, and the model I went. So I had asked for the staff - Mui Ling to keep it aside for me as I would come down right away to try the fit out. When I got there, she showed me the bags in the 2 colours that were available, and I got to try the fit. I had also asked for other recommendations with similar cutting/ and price points of which she did try to narrow down the options for me. She was friendly, approachable and most of all, she knew how to do her sales! After a few pictures of how the bag looked on me, and getting opinions of my friends virtually, I had also asked for her opinion on the colour fit etc. She was not pushy with her sales, and was really patient in addressing my queries. I had an enjoyable shopping experience today. Thanks Mui Ling!

I was looking for backpacks which suit my budget, the salesperson Mui Ling took effort to explain to me and showed me every options. Even after I decided to purchase “the one” she tried to make sure all the zips are working well. She found out that one of the zips not working abs that’s the only piece left in the store. She then offered to check for me which store I can check for that backpacks. Not forceful at all and very patient even though I spent sometime in selecting.Great service, this will be my go-to-samsonite store next time when I really want to look for something.
