Big outlet, nice atmosphere, many seatings.
Food and drinks were good. Food was served hot (well reheated). Service was okay, staff was accommodating.

Large, busy Starbucks outlet on the ground floor of Plaza Singapura. The drinks are standard Starbucks drinks—quite pricey but there’s something for everyone (coffee, tea, coolers, etc.). At busy times the queue can be quite long, but staff work quickly considering. It’s a nice place to study or work, with some tables having access to plugs (but not many). The heating is a bit off and it’s quite warm near the window. It’s not far from the restrooms and you can refill your water bottle at MUJI, so you can stay for a while.

Had our coffee break at this seemingly full Starbucks - and was a good break from our long walk in the sun 🌞
Drinks were as expected, though it is a little bland with the less sweet option, slightly off in quality as compared to what I had in other outlets.
Self service counter was clean and properly stocked, good environment overall.

The matcha was honestly good. But the way they poured the drink made it such that once i open the lid it splashed all over my face n clothes. When I mention to the staff, no apologies was made and they never even offer tissues or whatever for me to clean up. Although they asked if I wanted to remake but then it does not change the fact that it already sprayed all over my clothes. I am not even sure if I can wash this off!!!

Chloe- terrible customer service, very rude and zero communication skills. dumped an open takeaway cup in front of me and walked away saying they are out of lids! care to resolve the issue? communicate better? Nope!

Passed by this Starbucks a number of times and interestingly, this is the first time I visited it. Ordered the usual stuff that I’ll order at Starbucks and as usual, the food standard was good and the coffee as expected.
This outlets seems to be packed most of the time and it was no exception this time when I visited. But good thing is that this branch is relatively big so it wasn’t difficult for me to get seats.

Nice and cosy Starbucks inside Plaza Singapura. It would be much better if they didn’t place the name tag on the mug, right where I’m going to drink my coffee.
