Staff was nice but cutlery was not washed properly. There were still stains on it. The evidence came when you dipped the cutlery into the hot tea. A layer of substance immediately formed on the tea surface from the unused cutlery.

One Star: I am having breakfast here. The birthday cake treated to me tasted horrible. So hard like overnight cake. I got it warmed up at the counter, its still tasted stale. I didn’t bother to make another attempt to communicate with the counter staff. I would probably be given another cake which I dislike coz all the cakes here have no standard. They just look nice and pretty but no quality. They should reconsider allowing members to choose another item (not more than $7.20) as a birthday treat. Very disappointed with my breakfast. Starbucks should just leave Plaza Singapura. Am going to Killiney Kopitiam for my breakfast. Not recommended for dining in or taking out meals. The only consolation is the hot drinks. 3 Stars: Had Venti One for One today. Had chocolate brownie too. Average food.

Ordered Iced Shaken Hibiscus Tea with Pomegranate Pearls, it’s quite an amazing combination. As the pomegranate pearls is like the pop kind of pearl that will burst in the mouth and the sweetness appears. That’s good to go with the hibiscus tea that is not sweetened at all. Great environment and big space. The merchandise are very organise and nicely displayed. There’s an auto robot that’s moving around that is even able to climb the slope.

Starbucks @ Plaza Singapura offers a cozy, modern space with plenty of comfortable seating—perfect for working or relaxing. The staff are friendly, and the menu has a great variety of drinks and snacks. I loved the clean, inviting atmosphere, delicious food selection, and vibrant retail displays. A welcoming spot for a coffee break any time! ☕❤️👍🏻

a nice Starbucks outlet that not only has a lot of seating, but also some of the friendliest staff I've met! I had the iced Strawberry black tea lemonade, which was just as good as any other place. although I arrived quite late in the day, there were still many pastries and food available. we would definitely come back again!
