i seriously shared the same sentiment of a few legit customers that visited this shop. Poor management of customer service. Service staffs were so inflexible that my partner is only allow to try out 4 pieces at any one time and was told to rejoin the Q if we wanna try more than 4, but there was only 2 fitting rooms occupied out of the 5, 3 were empty, so what’s the issue with continue to try a few more? Of cos if there were crowds we wouldn’t had done that! The service staffs gave us nonsense excuses after my partner tried more than 4 pieces! That explains so many complains here!

Twas a good experience until I went into the shop one time and I was rlly tired, I picked out a clothing and went into the changing room without thinking. So one of those girls (all at the cashier, chatting prolly abour 18-20+ yrs old) stopped me in time. And I was pretty embarassed abt it alrdy, and went to an unoccupied changing room. And I could hear them all gossiping about me so clearly. And anyway, I was unsatisfied with the quality of your clothes. The stitches all looked very rushed, and material was bad. It gets worse everytime I check the store.
I left without purchasing anything and that was the last time I am going to shop in your brand, with that sorry of a customer service with no respect to your customers. The same lady greeted "thAnk yOu fOr comIng" with a glare. This was awhile back, and I just remembered the incident, and I think everyone deserves to know my experience.

I had a really disappointing experience at The Willow Label at Plaza Singapura today while shopping for my CNY outfit. I was trying on a top, shorts, and a dress, but I realized that the L-sized shorts were too big. I asked the sales associate if I could try an M size instead, as I was ready to purchase immediately if it fit. She told me I’d have to queue again to try the M size and that there was none available since someone else was already trying it. It was incredibly frustrating and inflexible—she wasn't willing to pull out another M size for me to try, even though I was ready to buy. Definitely won’t be returning for a very poor service and attitude.

Very poor customer service. I made a purchase and opt for self collection at their store and they only gave me 1 weekend to collect the order. When I went on the 12th day to order my order they told me my order was already sent back to the warehouse. And the staff told me i can request for the parcel to send back to the store again FOC and proceed to took down my email address. However, the next day their customer service emailed me saying that their staff provide me with the WRONG information. My only option was to pay $4 to get the order deliver to my house .

i bought the pink bow cardigan set and i have to say the material is sooooo shabby. just after 1 wash it turn from pink to pink/grey and i hand washed this set mind you. on top of that that knit is so scratchy and itchy! please do quality check before mass manufacturing it. emailed them regarding these 2 issues and yet they say there’s nothing they can do. never again

FIRST and definitely the LAST time im buying clothes at TWL. bad customer service by this chinese blackface lady (curly hair and wearing tube and shorts) at vivo city store. Normally, staff will pass you the receipt personally aft packing your clothes right? no. she just put my receipt into the clothes packaging and slide my shopping bag on the table. While waiting for the receipt, she just said "Oh the receipt in your bag". Not even a thank you was said.
Their clothes are pretty but i guess their bad customer service will chase people away

Boycotting this shop. Very unethical and extremely lousy quality! I used to be a fan, but not now. Bad customer service that only wants $$$$. Bought a jumpsuit from their store at plaza Sing. First time wearing out, and while in the washroom zipping the jumpsuit, the back zip tore the material. Emailed them, they asked for a receipt, then said because I’ve worn it, they cannot do anything. Paid more than $50 for such lousy quality?!

Was trying 4 pcs and requested to get another size for one of the design I was trying - she unwillingly took my requested size and stared into my fitting room & said but you have 4 pieces inside. Staff could have spoken nicely and asked me to exchange my piece upon request? Not to speak so rudely. Her attitude only changed after I came out of the fitting room and made a purchase.
I love TWL clothes and often purchase online. But the experience is always ruined with black faced staff. I hope the management will look into your staff attitude as this will shun away new customers…just look at the rest of the reviews commenting about the retail staff attitude. Pales in comparison with the retail staff at local online stores like Love Bonito & The Closet Lover 🤨

TWL do have nice designs but wish they'd check the service standard of their retail store more often. Always a disappointing experience here. First few visits staffs are always preoccupied with using their mobile phones/chatting and sitting down, and never ever shows interest in customers at all with 0 assistance; today's visit was also once again disappointing. No assistance was provided, and even as i make my purchase the staff there has 0 initiative in even opening the item for the customer to check, i had to open the packaging myself while your staff stared down at me. Basic service seems to be missing here, very appalled with the service standards of your store. 1 extra star as the store seems rather well maintained but the customer service is really a turn off for future visits.

Went to their PS store during peak hour and there were only two staff on the floor. I thought they did a good job at managing the crowd. The queue at the cashier cleared pretty quickly and I didn’t have to wait long to pay. However, the queue for the fitting room took a while and we were only allowed to bring 3 items to the fitting room. But the staff actually took my apparels from me and hung it on the rack outside the fitting room so that I didn’t have to hold them while waiting for my turn. This is a service I would not have expected and was pleasantly surprised by the gesture. Will visit again probably when it’s less crowded.

Been visiting TWL at their PS store at least once a week for years. Not entirely sure what's with the negative reviews from others about the rude CS but I have NEVER experienced such behaviour.
CS staff has been polite, helpful not just to me but also other customers on the floor (when I was queuing can hear them chatting with the customer paying in front mah).
Quality of apparel - I have no issues too and some are a few years old and going strong too. I am a huge supporter of TWL and I will continue to do so. <3 :)

I’ve shopped many times at TWL and have never had a bad experience. The recent renovation of their PS store was a great move and very thoughtful in light of limited changing rooms previously. Love the spaciousness, the patient staff and of course amazing designs! Will be shopping there for a long time :)
