IM SO ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED ABOUT THIS !!!! I ORDERED ONE BOUQUET ROSE FOR MY FRIEND BIRTHDAY . WHEN I COLLECT THE BOUQUET THE ROSE PETAL ALL LOOK LIKE THIS .. IS IN BLACK AND LOOK UNFRESH .SOME STILL GOT SMALL HOLE !!! HOW AM I GOING GIVE AS A GIFT !!!!

Ordered bouquet online with payment already made but on actual day florist doesn’t have the flower and have to resort to transferring my order to other outlets which cause so much inconvenience that the order has to be canceled affecting my anniversary. Customer service is terrible. Florist is unreliable. Wont order from them in the future. 👎👎👎

Met the lady boss, Ms Nicole by chance and clicked well with her. She has sponsored several community events with different organisations, including a few Flower Arrangements with mine. Beside sponsoring the events, she also personally facilitated and demo the flower arrangements to the participants. Ms Nicole is such a kind soul and have learnt alot from her about flowers when she shared during the events. If anyone wants a bouquet for birthdays, Velantine Day, Mothers Day, or any special occasions, I will definitely recommend this florist!

Was promptly attended to by the friendly Felicia N moments ago when I walked in to their B2 store at Plaza Singapura. It is a lovely setup in the corner with a wide array of fresh, dried, and preserved flowers 🌷 Perfect for any occasion! (Like Teacher’s Day). There are other cute items for sale too besides flowers, including small stuffed toys and cards. GrabPay payment accepted too. Really grateful for this conveniently located flower shop! 🙏🏻
