I encounter problem when hooking up my new RXA2A amplifier..I contact Sale Agent Reno for telephone assistant but I still could not resolve issue. Reno did not hesitate to drop by my place to setup the system for me. I really appreciate his support & knowledge. This is the reason I go back to Yamaha whenever I need to update my audio system. I could count on their support.

Been to the store, having trouble in connecting the HDMI ARC to the soundbar. Reno is very friendly salesperson whom know the product well and demo on how to troubleshoot it and later back home still unable to settle it. Finally, it resolve thru his guide via video call to settle the issue that was encounter. The soundbar was way better than before where it is connect via optical cable. I will like to complement RENO for his kind assist and really appreciate for this about.

Terrible experience here. Was genuinely interested in buying a home audio system for my home (ready to drop huge cash at the store), but the staff refuse to even demo anything for me. Staff totally ignored my questions (i asked if he could help explain the products that they have to offer) and flat out ask me to do my own research before stepping into the store, because i do not know anything about "audio system". So i gladly turn around and left the store. Such high and mighty attitude is frankly insulting and disappointing. Take your money elsewhere instead. You can probably get better service from those audio warehouse uncles.

Bought an amplifier from here yesterday. The sales staff Aaron and Diong were both very friendly and competent. Diong went the extra mile to chat about the finer details of the product. He gave many speaker recommendations as well. Aaron was patient and accommodating when I wanted to test the sound of the various amplifiers. Overall excellent experience. 5 stars. Keep up the good work. By the way the amplifier sounds amazing at home. Thank you!

Today hear the demo of Yamaha new soundbar SR-X50A and surround speakers X1A. Am impressed by the sound, especially when they played the John Wick 3. Can hear the gun shot very clearly from the rear speakers and one of the scene which play the background music orchestra so crisp and clear. Music coming out from the soundbar and speakers also not bad, can choose stereo mode or surround mode. Loves the flexibility of battery chargeable speakers, can be place anywhere I like. Can use as a stereo wireless speakers or surround speakers to x50 soundbar. Reno and his team are friendly and very patient in explaining and answering my queries. Thanks to their great service. 👍🏼☺️

Recently bought a Yamaha receiver RX V4A. The receiver sounds great. Though I had some issue getting HDMI Arc to work with my TV. Also audio pause randomly issue when playing back youtube. Reno helped me out with the problems. He is very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Yamaha won't be complete without after sales support staff like Reno. Thank you Reno.

Flagship experience at a flagship store! I recently bought a stereo amplifier and while I was very happy with the pre-purchase experience at the store, it's the post purchase experience that deserves commendation. I had some concerns with the performance of my new Amp, and the staff were very helpful, accommodating, and willing to address any clarifications I had - so that I have peace of mind with my purchase. This Yamaha store and its staff went out of their way to even visit me at my place to help diagnose the issue, bring the Amp back and allow me to run a detailed audition against their store Amp. Highly recommend a visit to this store if you are out for any Yamaha gear in Singapore.
