Reno's professional knowledge on audiophilia and Yamaha products were both extensive and indepth. He was very humble and patient. With his knowledge, he was able to guide me to make informed and unbiased decisions to get the R-N600A. On his initiative, he also provided after sales support. I am thankful to have met him.

Reno is helpful to recommend me SR-X50A sound bar and the surround speakers to make the imaging sound better . I am happy with the sound quality . He is willing to go through the specifications and set up procedure . I also like to complement Aaron @ Yamaha showroom when I drop by to ask some questions about the set up for the surround speakers . He patiently went through and demonstrate the set up procedures

Comfortable fit: They fit snugly in the ear. Many earphones often fall out of the ear due to poor grip. However, this is not the case. Its grip is good. The material is not too bad either. It does not cause any irritation in the ear.

Visited few days ago & met Diong. He's deeply well versed in hifi audiophilia & gave me a superb demonstration of the Yamaha NS-3000 speakers. This pair of bookshelves has the tallest soundstage I've ever heard and the bass extension & textures were jaw dropping. A must audition!
