Visited shop twice on the same day on 9 sept. Friendly, attentive and proactive customer service from the 4 staff, 3 guys and 1 Indian lady who was on duty. Thanks for making my first purchase at sketchers a very positive experience!

Chua chee kong was a great help for my wife to find a suitable pair of shoes since shes pregnant. He was very patient n very helpful! Great job :)

Very good customer service at this store. We walked in and were looking at some cute shoes and a staff member helped us right away with finding my size. He went back and forth to get me more shoes and sizes with patience.

Sgd150 for asics gt-2000 11 meant for running for feet with high arch (pronate). Original price sgd199. Queensway was selling sgd197, only have uglier colour. Service much better than the shops in Queensway. It was last pair and I asked why the soles are so dirty, the service staff said it's just dust on the ground in the store, and took a piece of wet wipe to wipe off the dirt on the soles to show me there's no wear and tear. Happy with service. Shop is spacious and well stocked too.

Horrible experience advertise 38% discount on second shoe. Would not honour as we purchased with two transactions 10.min apart, and only offered a 10% discount. Really left a bad taste on the purchase.

Bad service. Visited some months back to get a pair of sports shoes for myself. I’m only mid 20s… Was offended when the guy asked who I’m getting the shoes for, my daughter? Like I’m some auntie?! I mean, I dropped by after work in work clothes but I don’t think I looked so old? Please train your staff better, to don’t say offensive sounding comments. This will ruin the customer’s experience for real. I wanted to ask for a change in service staff but there weren’t many staff in the store then, and I didn’t want to make a scene.

Extremely slow service, staff was confused with my shoes and someone else wore my shoes. I was queing for so long and they kept serving someone else. When I went to the counter another customer said I was cutting queue when I was clearly there for 15 minutes. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I had a terrible experience!!! I should've just walked out without buying anything to be criminalise like this
